This fedex office sucks!!! My scanner died at the house and even though it makes me cringe to spend 2 bucks to scan, its for work. Not only do they not help you figure out which way to navigate through their windows version, printer set up, scanner set up but then you have to insert your card and pay for their lack of service. Paid almost $4 to scan one freakin page. Ive been to this place no less than 2 dozen times a year for printing and other supplies but Im OFFICIALLY DONE with you guys horrible experience. Its never been great service at this location and lifes too short for this crap. Just checked their reviews and saw that they dont even attempt to respond to their bad reviews, obviously their issues are company wide. Wow, Im actually impressed at their lack of caring from their corporate office. Dont worry guys, Ill spread the word in my neighborhood less than 5 minutes from this location.

Certain times of the day, service is extremely slow. Shipping though them is about a 30 minute ordeal. There is only one computer that inputs the shipping details, or at least when I go, only one computer is ever used. Staff is polite and courteous but it shouldnt take 30 minutes to get an item packed and a shipping label stuck to it. Definitely avoid going there during peak hours (lunch time and 5pm- after work). Their last pickup time is after 6pm.

Have always had a good experience, especially with Jonas. I send a lot of presentations to print at the store and they are always perfect. Even when Ive shipped from there, the service and help has been awesome. There is typically only one person in there as its a much smaller location than most FedEx Office locations so there can be some lines. But people need to learn to be more patient.

Other reviews are from 3+ years ago, and I have not had the same experience as them. Yes, during peak hours the line can get long. But that comes with the territory. I have gone into this location a dozen times and have never been treated poorly or not given proper attention. At the end of the day, it is a FedEx with good people working there. Dont know what more you can ask for.

* Update** One and a half weeks later the business cards arrive. The employee John, was very confrontational, and even a bit aggressive towards me. I have filed a formal complaint at the corporate office, and will follow up with the location manager. I would never recommend this establishment for anything. I am shocked that an employee would act in such a manner. Very unprofessional.

Big fan of the Fedex location on Mansell. Not so much here. Pricing seems inconsistent. People do not seem quite "with it" or as friendly as other locations. Got a quote on a large package to Los Angeles and it was 72 dollars. At Mansell I was quoted 46. That is too big of an inconsistency for me. I suggest you avoid this location.

Jonas is easily the rudest customer service provider out of any company I have ever experienced let alone FedEx. He speaks down to his customers on a routine basis and is a terrible representative of the FedEx brand. What a shame.
