This company is a JOKE as far as employment, they have you do all of these prerequisites before getting the job. Then they take out money for so many reasons if you dont count your hours and runs they WILL get you. I work them for 2 months because I needed a job (BAD) to pay my bills and decided to give them a shot. BIG MISTAKE on my part it cost me $40 a day to gas up my vehicle an I worked 5 days a week , so thats $200 I spent on gas and my settlement check would only be $400 before there company deductions then they would rob me for another $40/60. If enough people got together and made a formal complaint they would either do people right or SHUT IT DOWN!!! I could go on and on, but I have moved on I just wish someone else would have written a review before I went through that HELL!!!

I spent 15 minutes on the phone attempting to secure courier services. I was placed on hold four (4) times and was told (1) "hold on" (2) "hold on, Im helping someone else" (3) "hold on, let me get you to the right person" (4) "hold on, Im still helping this other lady" ...needless to say, I hung up. Apparently, customer service training is in order. It would have been helpful if someone would at least attempt to take my name and number for a returned call.

If I could give no stars I would - They were supposed to deliver my shipment on Monday 8/3 - then again on 8/4, 8/5 and then on 8/6 - STILL NO PRODUCTS! I was forced to go to a local supply store and purchase the products I needed for my project... Through this all, no apology or explanation - If you need to use a delivery service DO NOT USE THIS ONE!

Unreliable, not helpful. Was told by spencer he sits in a cubicle and cant help me. Promised delivery two days in a row by 5. Still no delivery. Save yourself the hassle and ship with ups or fedex at least they know where your shipment is.
