Ive been a member for a few years and am only still there because its literally right next door to my house. I am too lazy to go somehwere else. Adrenaline is constantly changing all the equipment around without any notice to the members. They have reduced the size of the space to accomodate members who have to pay a huge extra fee for "Fusion." They further reduced the space to accomodate THREE boxing/MMA areas which of course you have to pay extra to use. The free weight area is awful due to the reduction in space. There is never enough plates, free weights, or benches. They charge close to $60 which is on par with other gyms which have many more ammenities. There is no pool, jacuzzi, basketball, or raquetball. PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE. There is literally no where to park ever. Dont even try to come at peak times because you have to park a quarter mile down the road. This gym is horribly managed with few amenities at a high price. Anyone saying otherwise on these reviews is most likely an employee of Adrenaline trying to boost up their rating.

I came over from LA Fitness one and a half years ago. Although the wait times are almost non-existent compared to LA Fitness they need to do better on the upkeep. I lift weights the majority of the time and will always be courteous and re-rack weights when Im done. Im seeminly the only one that does this. Weights are never where they are supposed to be and if you need the 45lb plates you have to do a lot of searching to find them. The staff will walk right by and not organize the dumbbells and not make sure weights are in their proper place. Bottom line: If you work out during peak hours (4:30-6:30pm M-F) this may be a good option just because of no wait times. If you work out in the mornings or later in the evening you may want to look at LA Fitness. I knocked two stars off the rating simply because of the lack of maintenance in the weight training area. This is the simplest thing you can do to upkeep a gym in my opinion.

Adrenaline offers numerous Les Mills classes with very well trained and friendly instructors. The cardio area and classes are never packed to capacity like other gyms. The equipment is modern and kept in working order. People of all levels of fitness work out here. The downside to Adrenaline is the parking situation. Its sucks! In the evening around 5pm and later and often weekends mid-day good luck finding a parking space. Cars are parked in the grass, on the curb, in places that arent meant for parking, at the entrance and up and down the street on both sides. Its very dangerous to try an pull out of the parking lot and risk getting hit by an a passing car because you cant see around all of the illegally parked vehicles. The locker room (restroom in particular) could use some attention by the cleaning staff. Other than that, I highly recommend this gym.

I have been going to Adrenaline Pilates for abour a year and a half now. Physcially, I am stronger, leaner, and faster. As a runner, I was having injuries after races but once I began training with Carol and Ivan, my pain was gone. On a personal level, Ive never met a trainer who put so much time into training and coaching their clients. Ivan has become not only a coach and a mentor on Health and Fitness, but a true friend. I recommend Adrenaline Pilates(Ivan and Carol Stephans) to anyone who wants to get into shape and wants to work with a classy and respectable couple in the process.

I called on black Friday about attending some Les Mills classes to help me burn off turkey day indiscretions. The front desk gal told me she wasnt "certified" to process a five day pass for me to come workout at the time I wanted (was interested in specific classes that would be happening while I was in town). People with said certification werent going to be in till the classes were over. Thats so damn stupid. In their defense the Les Mills website points to a lot of gyms as having the classes I wanted and this was the only one within 1 hours drive that actually had them.

As a former member of high-priced clubs (Ravinia and Peachtree Athletic in Atlanta, as well as gyms in Chicago and NY), I have to say this is the best I ever joined - and much cheaper! The group fitness classes are fun, and the instructors and owners are so encouraging. It is a great place to get in shape, lose weight, and have fun at the same time. I was afraid I might get hurt in the weight lifting class, but the instructors give good advice about proper form, and in two years of doing it I never got hurt (sore all over, but not injured). I highly recommend it.

Their new location is terrific! Adrenaline has more Les Mills classes than any other gym in the Atlanta area and their instructors are top-notch. They stay on top of all of the latest equipment and have so many different types of training programs that there really is something for everyone. They have even started working with kids, which is great if you want to teach your children about living a fit lifestyle. Great energy here -- they really know what theyre doing.

Absolutely fantastic. The coaches care about seeing you progress and look for ways to push you while ensuring that youre going through a workout safely; theyre always watching for & teaching good form, making sure youre trying challenging weights without overdoing it, and pacing yourself. The community here is incredibly positive and welcoming. Joining AGX is one of the best things Ive done for myself, and I would recommend it to anyone interested.

I have been a member of AF for about a year and a half.. Very pleased... Recently started using a personal trainer. His name is Gaby Sanjurjo and he is doing a great job.. Not just boring weight lifting. Strength training mixed with cardio and lots of different movements.. If you just need a little push to get you started I would suggest you go to Adrenaline and ask for Gaby.. Very reasonable on the pricing as well..

Even at peak times, there are numerous machines available including cardio. If you enjoy taking classes, this place is for you. If you are a serious bodybuilder, this place is for you. If you want to learn boxing, this place is for you. Fat, skinny, young, old, straight or gay - everyone is made to feel welcome. It is, by far, the best gym that I have ever been a member.

Adrenaline Pilates has the best equipment and the instructors really know their stuff! Ive been working with Carol for years and she has transformed my body. They also do Barre and Zumba. She frequently runs specials so if youre curious, just get in touch with them to find about a free introductory class, etc.
