Terrible experience with Two Men and Truck in Columbus, Ga: -movers failed to bring boxes even though we specified that we wanted a pack as well as a move - movers returned over an hour later (after already arriving late) with not nearly enough boxes & therefore left many items unpacked -my spouse helped the movers for 3 hours to ensure that we could get everything packed by the end of the day since they did not start until nearly 11 am (supposed to start at 9) - movers did not wrap pictures, lamp, etc and just left as is putting them in our storage unit that way where they could easily get scratched/ broken, mattresses not wrapped -movers did not accomodate requests such as wrappping items that were in boxes for storage in attic but not packed well -storage unit was not organized well (lawm mower was placed on top of a giant (unsealed) box of books, for example -etc., etc. more of the same types of issues in terms of packing, storage -customer service was TERRIBLE -- called to express complaints hoping we could be compensated in some way. The franchise manager kept saying he would get back to me & did not. Finally he did get back to me (after the 2 Men & a Truck corporate office called him more than 3 times) saying that all he could do is give me two free hours for another move (would NEVER use this company again) or they could come rearrange our storage unit for us (my spouse has deployed & I am no longer living in the area so this is not an option.) -would not recommend this moving company to anyone. Other franchises may be better but the Columbus, Ga is terrible.

I used them to move from LaGrange to Columbus ga..they suggested three men at 155.00 hr..the move started very well from 930 a to 110pm. Then they could not get the fridge thru the door, so they decided to remove the door. What a fiasco. They only had pliers and one screw driver. They immediately stripped the screw driver, and proceeded to continue to try and remove the door for over 2 hours. The third guy roamed around outside and did nothing, at 155.00 hr..I finally called my wife, already in Columbus ( 40 miles away) to bring my toolbox back. It took her 45 minutes to drive back. When I brought the toolbox in I noticed they were trying to remove the WRONG door all this time. I showed them the proper bolts to loosen with my socket set and they finished in less than 10 minutes. They took 30 minutes off the bill. I feel like I was overcharged at least 350.00 for the wasted two and a half hours. At the new home they took the door off the front door to get everything in. One man ( the same third man that roamed outside for over two hours) tried for 45 minutes to put the door back on its hinges. What a joke. One for SNL!!! Finally another man came and put it on in five minutes. The men were very nice and polite, but not experienced at these things. I called the owner, Will, and explain my displeasure, but havent heard a word since... I will never use nor do I recommend them to anyone. If you dont want issues, use someone else.

The Columbus, GA location is the worst. One of their movers flooded out my apartment and 2 others in my building. They broke some of my furniture and damaged the ones that werent broken up. I had to call corporate to get it back in a timely manner so i could stop sleeping on the floor and working from my computer on the floor. The guy who does the repairs said they dont pick it up as soon as its finished, they wait a few weeks so apparently they take their time and do what they want to. Dont have anything go wrong during your move because the movers will stalk your house. I called police to my house twice and had to file a police report for harassment (which the lady at the corporate office suggested as well). Their movers come around my house late at night every week which is quite pathetic. My boyfriend is pissed. No one else knows where i live and the mover had the nerve to say my name when no other guys know where i live.I dont know what kind of men they hire, some childish ones or ex-cons with no life apparently. They can stay mad and keep losing sleep for all i care because i wont and i sure dont regret reporting them AT ALL. I absolutely LOVE my new place and i wont be leaving for a long time.

They damaged my apartment, my new house, and almost every piece of furniture. It made no difference to then that the pieces were damaged. Operations manager advised they would send some one to fix furniture but it would take a few days to coordinate. I ordered four men an two trucks. They sent three men and two trucks. They had no tools. They did not wrap all furniture. Took numerous shortcuts in their work to save time. Only to waste more time and cause more damage. A planned one day move took two days to complete and kept me from being able to attend church. Workers arrived over an hour late each day, as if that was fine. No valid reason why. When they left the first day, I happened to drive to the end of my street and saw boxes and trash and a piece of my property in the cul de sac of my new neighborhood. The movers acted indifferent when I told them about it and could not explain how it happened. While they did take off a few hours from the bill, the stress and headache were hardly accounted for. The movers themselves worked hard but I attribute their shortcoming to lack of training and support from the office staff. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience!!!!!

My husband and I used Two Men and a Truck on 3/19/2016 and I cant say enough about the experience that we had with you company. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! The movers Thomas and ElChapo arrived on time, went over all the paperwork, did a walk thru, and went right to work. Both young men used very very good manners, which I really respected.... especially with this generation today. Your company should be very proud to have young men like these two as employees, being that they represented Two Men and a Truck very well!!! If I should have to move ever again I will be sure to use your company and request these two young men!

They did outstanding. I cant remember the two guys names that showed up to move me, but really great guys. They were pleasant to talk to and joke with during the move which kept the stress of moving down to a minimum. They handled all my belongings with care and respect. They arrived promptly at 8:30am and much to my surprise were done by lunch, which I thought was awesome. I honestly cant speak highly enough of my complete and overall experience with Two Men and a Truck. I will be using this company again for future moves.

We had Zachary Coleman and Raymondo Paulk come into the Salvation Army Family Store in Columbus, Ga. today to pick up furniture for a lady who had lost everything in a fire. They were so accommodating that they helped us (the female staff) bring furniture out of our warehouse to the store floor for sale. Without their help this furniture would not have been moved today. Their attitudes were awesome. Two Men and a Truck are fortunate indeed to have them as employees.
