I am no longer getting my mail at my house for whatever reason! I have not received a power bill in two months my Lowes bill has not came and my car care credit card has not came. So my credit card companies are calling me asking me what is going on because I am never late. They are luckily waving the late fees for me. But at this point what am I supposed to do call the News to get something done about this???? My US Postal service is going to single handlely mess up my credit score! I have lived in the same place for well over a year. My new mail lady was very very rude to me last month and boom out of no where I am not getting my mail!?

Horribly slow staff that moves about like they dont see the line out the door. When speaking to you they are monotone and disinterested. Stood in line for 15 minutes and needed to buy tape to seal 2 boxes. The shelf was bare and when I got up to the register the woman was so disinterested and reluctantly sent someone to look for tape. No one ever found any and all she did was stare at me. I took my boxes and left. Im so over horrible customer service.. We are all tired but you chose to work at the post office, not me. They need to automate everything and get rid of the human factor at the Post Office.

Very rude even when they are at fault. I had to wait for my package to return before they would issue my refund that they said was mine. When they have to deliver on Sunday you better beilieve it wont be your normal mail person and said mail person will leave your package in the rain without even trying to ring the bell or knock. The shame is I am pretty sure Ive complained about her before.

My complaints is with my mail delivery of my packages from Amazon the carrier on my route leaves the packages on the sidewalk in front of the porch for all to see i have video camera footage.i live in the Winsor CREEK subdivision they just dont care what if it was raining?

Customer service is.lacking from lost packages, to not having change of address cards an being advised to pay to change my address... Thus particular facility could use some training in customer service.

Clean, packaging and evelopes available most of the time. Never had an issue here. Lobby open 24hrs w/scale and purchase stamps/send packages teller machine, very convient.
