Not a public office! I went there first because that is where the mail is actually distributed to the drivers but you cant get in the door to ask anyone a question. I then went to the main office and they could not help me. They gave me the phone number for this office. After I got home, I began calling the number (which, by the way, is the same number as on this web site) at 2:38 p.m. and continued trying to call until after 6:00 p.m. I got a busy signal over 180 times!!!!! I called later that night and again this morning and I still got a busy signal. Either someone left the phone off the hook or they have a phone problem. Today is primary election day and they arent open so I cant get any information today either regarding a missing piece of mail! ;(

Cant give... NO STARS. This place is a joke. I had a package that required a signature. I signed the form and the postman picked it up, but didnt leave a package (the following day). So I called (sat on the phone for 54 minutes) and the man from India tells me to go to this location because I can just " pick it up". Well I showded up and the doors are locked, no one there to help me. So my package is still not in my hands (3 days later) and USPS has had me run across town to pick something up that is no available. Not happy. This location should not even be mentioned to customers. USPS is a joke.

Awful. Every time Im expecting a package (even with a tracking number,) I never receive it on time. Every single time it shows "Out for Delivery," I get all my other mail, and no package. Happens. Every. Time. Useless customer service.
