So while Ive only been renting my home since August 23rd, 2015, and it is now only October 19th, 2015, in less than 3 shorts months, I have already had 3 issues with the United States Postal Service Office that runs the routes from the McClure Bridge office in Duluth, Ga. The issue which has me the MOST upset and prompted me to even write this message is that I am now missing THREE packages that has been said to be delivered to me on October 7th and October 8th. Ive been patiently waiting on these packages since I ordered them in the beginning of October, and I just assumed that they were in route, however, on October 16th, something told me to track the packages, and low behold, the items said yet again that they had been delivered, yet I have not yet received the package. On October 16th, I called a 1-800 number for USPS to open an investigation to locate my packages, and on Monday, October 19th, I received an abrupt voice mail from someone at the local post office stating that my packages are showing that they were delivered and left on my front porch, and that USPS are not responsible for my package. So as Im listening to the voice mail, I am baffled because I do not believe there was a real investigation or attempt to see if my packages are actually in that, or ANY post office for that matter, yet I just feel as though they are going off of what the carrier who runs my route has stated. But if you just read the two issues that I mentioned above, you can understand why I believe a true investigation and further attempt to find my packages should be looked into. So here I am again, speaking with Antonio who is trying to explain to me why he is sure the packages were delivered and that the carrier for my route on these two days that my packages were to be delivered is some how so efficient that an error couldnt have been made, however, I find this hard to believe, and all I am asking is that someone search the post office thoroughly or call into neighboring post offices to help me to track my package. While I am certain there are no-package thieves in my neighborhood, the only inadequacies I am dealing with is the Postal Service failing to do their job with delivering my mail and packages. And the mention from the Post Office is not plausible, because Ive sent placed multiple orders that have been left on my front food and they are still there waiting on my when I arrive home. At this point, Im highly upset that I am having to take matters into my own hands to attempt to have the online companies resend my order, when the issue is not with them, nor me, but the postal service employees being inept at doing their job properly. As a consumer, I pay my money for items and to have them delivered, and all I am asking is that the post office actually delivers them to me as it is stating it is... I dont think that is too much to ask! Ultimately, I dont want much nor even an apology, I simply want the packages that were said to have arrived to me weeks ago that never arrived.

I normally dont post about my issues but today Im just over it! So I have a PO Box at this location for convenience. But the service I receive is nothing but! My purpose of having this box isnt just to receive mail but for packages as well. For the past few packages I have received they have been leaving little yellow cards that state the package is too big for my box. Well duh...thats why they boxes reserved for slightly larger packages! Instead of just leaving my item (s) in one these boxes and leaving the key for me, they instead leave this little yellow card. I work for a living and those hours are the same as theirs including Saturdays. I dont order a lot of things but when I do I would like to be able to pick them up after hours but no, I constantly have to call and ask them to do this for me. They oblige but I really shouldnt have to ask. Today I go to my box and the same thing. So I call and someone answers and I ask if she could move my items to locked box for cause this time its really something that I need. She never even offered to try to look or assist me. From the beginning it was were closed, well why did you answer the phone? Then it was well I dont work in that area and no one is here that does. So youre not even going to try? Needless to say, she did not. I didnt believe her of course! I find it hard to believe that she knows absolutely nothing about it, unless she was a mail carrier. But I doubt that too cause Im sure that would have been the first thing out of her mouth. Ultimately this not the first time and I doubt it will be the last. You try to create a job, so that someone will have one by purchasing a PO box. Cause lets face it I dont have to purchase it! But its clear they dont understand how this works. If no one buys then less people are needed for the workforce. I just renewed I wish I had waited. I dont think I will renew again since it doesnt seem important to provide any form of true customer service or convenience.

So A week ago, 3 of my packages that I bought online, have been returned back to the senders. And now all 3 senders are charging me again to re ship the items back to me. Because USPS returned them. So I went to this USPS yesterday to ask them why, and a very rude lady said that I had to put my name on my mail box in order for the mail man to deliver the mail. I stood there in complete confusion, then asked her where did this policy come from because I never heard from it before. And she said that the mail man would not deliver my mail because he did not know who I was. And someone else could live there. So he would not leave the mail. So I asked why have I been getting all my other mail then for the past few months. And suddenly now he stops. It doesnt make since that the mail man has to know who I am. She said, well that is our policy and handed me a piece of paper to write my name on. I walked out Sadly to say, this is complete madness. Why is this USPS still in operation, I have no idea. Im being charged to ship my items twice. The workers here are ignorant, undertrained, rude, and useless. I have to change my shipping address so my packages can go to my friends house because they wont deliver my mail to my address. Sad I plan on sending a formal complain to USPS but who knows if anything will come from it. Very sad and pointless situation. Worst USPS experience I ever had in my plan. I dont plan on ever using them again for the items I need to ship and other purchases. I advise you to please not waste your time either.

Please shut this place down. I had an important package being shipped to me, and had been diligently tracking the package. It went from saying "attempted delivery and a notice has been left" (which no notice was left) to my package completely disappearing. I called this place several times and it either rang 30+ times, someone picked up the phone and hung up on me, or I was on hold for long periods. When I finally was able to speak with someone she rudely informed me that the package was not at the their location, and it was not on the delivery truck. I asked where it could have gone when it says online that the package is at that location and they said, "we dont know and were not going to answer that." I have read through some of the other reviews, and it is extremely concerning that so many packages have disappeared under mysterious circumstances. I have no other choice than to use this assigned place for the packages that are shipped to me. This place should truly be investigated.
