Normally a pleasent experience. I needed to tape a ripped up box before sending it out. All I wanted to do is make sure that my box would not fall apart. When I let the postal worker that I needed to keep my box together he replied saying that he could not tape my box close because the packing slip on the box said UPS instead of USPS then tried to sell me a roll of packing tape for $3.50 just so I could close my box. I cant figure out for the life of me why he couldnt tape my box without trying to up sell me. Ive never had any problem before but I will not return to this location. Went to a different location and guess what, they taped my box close. Horrible customer service.

I always have a great experience at this post office. The lady that wears the elephant broach...she is quiet but pleasant and effective. There is also another lady that is so very cordial. She is the sweetest!! She knows her stuff and is very helpful.
