Be careful shipping anything out of this facility. I recently sold an item through Ebay and shipped it from staples and the package has been lost at this facility since 28 March. I have called the tucker post office and was normally placed on hold for 30 minutes or more, whenever I was answered it was normally with a rude person, the rudest person that I dealt with was a woman by the name of Cleveland (not sure how its spelled) and she wasnt helpful at all, only information I was able to receive from a guy that was working there was that the package was lost and that there was an investigation on trying to locate it. The tracking number states that it has been accepted and has left the sorting facility but has not been updated since the 28th of March. I have received little to no help with locating my package to ensure its delivery to the customer, I have called the consumer affairs department and explained what has happened and even resorted to asking for help through the USPS help twitter, which has been the most helpful resource to date. I would advise if youre shipping anything to be cautious when using this location you may not receive any feedback on its status.

This review is about packages that are picked up from my home in Tucker. I frequently send packages through a website call and am paid when the tracking number is scanned and into the system. Over the past several months the tracking number doesnt show up until it reaches a different facility. This means that I dont get paid on time. Something is happening with the carriers to pick up my packages and the facility. For some reason at the Tucker facility these tracking numbers are not getting scanned call and showing up on my mobile app. This is been very frustrating .

This USPS location SUCKS. Staff is extremely rude and dont seem to care about solving customer issues. Spoke to them on more than one occasion and was on hold for up to an hour. All I get from this staff is "I dont know" "Im not sure" I dont think" or nothing at all. Id call and they would immediately place me on hold without ever asking if this was okay. Then they kept me on hold till 5 pm so that they didnt have to answer anymore. The customer service at this location sucks and they need to replace every staff member there!

AS WE ALL KNOW THAT THE POST OFFICE IN USA, GENERALLY PROVIDE VERY POOR SERVICE, VERY SLOW,AND FIRST OF ALL MOST OF THEM ARE VERY RUDE AND THEIR CLOSE LOOK DIRTY. THIS ONE ON TUCKER IS DEFFENETLEY THE WORST ONE. THEY DONT DELIVER ON TIME, THEY MISSDELIVER CONSTANTLY. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. THEY JUST PLAY WITH OUR PERSONAL INFORMATIONS... HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORIBLE!!

I ship from this location 2-3 a weeks. I read the other reviews but Ive always had a pleasant experience here. Usually more than 1 employee working the counter. If not they always call someone when theres a line. Overall employees at this location are far more competent that the employees at Britt Rd location.

Mail is continually lost, damaged or stolen, packages not picked up when requested, hour and half wait time when you call. The post office makes it very difficult to run a home based business.

Each employee has been helpful and courteous every time I have been in this post office. One of the best locations. I have always had a pleasant experience at this post office.
