Ive had great luck at this post office. Employees are very friendly. Once an employee even taped my package closed and attached the postage I printed at home despite the fact that he was not supposed to let customers use their tape. I normally do that myself at home, but it was kind and understanding of him not to tell me to buy a roll of tape or gtfo. Ive never seen a line of more than three people waiting here. They seem quite efficient. The parking lot entrance is on a VERY steep incline though. There is nothing they could do about that now, but if you have a car with very little ground clearance, you might want to choose a different post office. Just FYI.

called off an on for an hour. never answered. the "janitor" answered and said "park Avenue". I said "hello" and they said "park avenue". I replied "is this the post office?". I was met with a long winded reply about how theyre the janitor and they dont have time. then hung up. called back a few more times and was hung up on every time. terrible service and non-existent professionalism

Ive been calling this facility for 2 days with no answer! According to my tracking number my package has been sitting at this location for 2 days with no indication or attempt to deliver. Very upset and frustrated. If I didnt have to work Id go and pick it up myself!

the courtesy and professionalism of these employees is one of the main reasons I take my business there. I have been going to this PO for over 40 years and just like any business there are slower days and faster days but the service is always THE BEST!
