I am very disappointed. The lady that handles the passport section at the post office was very rude/racist. So it begins with me having a question to ask her about where to buy the money order and she was like "what are you doing standing here? you have question or something?"(in a very annoyed tone). I asked my question and she replied "yes, but you got to stand in line." In my head I was thinking.. um I know that I got to stand in line, is it such an annoying thing for a customer to ask a quick question? But I let her response slide. Plus, my parents were already standing in line so I was like whatever. Then when it got to our turn, she asked us do we have an appointment, because she doesnt accept walk-ins. She didnt give us any response time and rudely repeated "Do you got an appointment or not?" My mom was trying to sort out the situation in her head and was trying to get a solid confirmation that we wouldnt be able to do the passport here today. When she tried to speak to the lady, the lady yelled in her face "YOU HAVE TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT" in a way as if my mom didnt understand English (Were Chinese by the way). After she yelled in my moms face, she mumbled "I guess yall dont understand what Im saying" (in a very sarcastic tone as if she has a Masters Degree in English or something; which my mom has). If you think youre so great, why dont you get your ass out of the post office and do something else? By now, I was very pissed off and so was my dad. We shot her some dirty looks because she was just plain rude and racist by now. Now that I think about it, she was super polite to the couple in front of us( a Hispanic couple), who was also getting there passports done. Well, obviously she doesnt want to earn any money because with this kind of attitude, it will be soon before she either gets fired or no one goes to that location to get their passports done. She obviously does not understand that as an employee at any establishment, it is your job to treat people with the utmost respect when serving them. Not to mention, we are the customers and paying for her salary that she earns. Just sad.

Bad customer service and Pam is very disrespectful. I went there today because someone sent my package to the wrong address, and someone at that address signed and took the package. I tried to retrieve the evidences from usps before report this to the police. A female staff there helped me on the tracking number, but she wasnt so sure about it so she asked Pam whos a manager for help. Pam said she has to do something first so she let me stand there when shes walking around arranging her stuffs. She didnt even tell me to wait a minute or say sorry that make me wait. She didnt even say hi to me, but when she walked passed another customer who is a white lady, she said to that customer "Hi, how are you?" I feel that she refused to help me because Im an Asian, and I consider this as discrimination and racial profiling. When I asked her to print out the papers of the delivery so I can provide it to the police to find my package, she gave me a very blurry picture of the invoice which doesnt shows the whole address. Id assume usps suppose to have clearer official notice of the delivery not just the picture of the invoice. I assume she just didnt want to give it to me. She started yelling and insulting me when I said I cant see the address on that invoice paper clearly. She yelled at me "YOU NEED TO USE YOUR EYES!". Id report this to her administration. It seems like Pam is not happy with her job at all, and her actions is obviously unacceptable as a usps employee.

Poor Service! Management is Lazy & Rude!! My package was scheduled to be delivered on Thrusday June 18th, but they marked it non deliverable stating my apartment was unoccupied even tho Ive been living there well over a month but they dont having a problem with delivering my utility bills... But anywho I spoke with a mail clerk Thrusday and she took down my number and stated the mail carrier for my route would contact me later that day. Of course no one did.. So on the next day (Friday) I called again and spoke with a man who claimed he was a supervisor, he said he found my package and would be sure it is delivered the next day (Saturday). So on Saturday Im waiting at home to see if my package came of course not, its not even on the mail carriers truck. Luckily, she was a very sweet and kind lady who called the office and informed me the supervisor left it on his desk. So in the midst of heavy rain I had to drive to the office to pick up my package. And of course I had to wait 20 minutes. There was a worker there who informed the supervisor that I was waiting for the package but the supervisor didnt budge to help me.. The worker went to ask the supervisor every 5 minutes and I overheard the worker say that the supervisor was sitting around doing nothing... I have never had any issues with the postal ever!!! I have lived in Fulton and Dekalb county and never had I had the post office not deliver a package

This place is HORRIBLE! I was expecting a package to be delivered on August 22. I check online with the tracking number and said it was "delivered". I asked my roommate and my apartment main office and both said they have not receive any package. Went up there to ask just for her to say "well it said it was deliver". I understood that it said it was delivered but it was not, this is why i am here. She was so rude cutting me off mid sentence saying that its said that its delivered and that someone have to have it. So turn out that if there is a signature waiver, which i was not inform about, they could just drop it in front of my apartment without a single word or note. Its a small pendent necklace, it could have just be put into my mailbox. Now the where about is missing and the folks that works there is rude, mean, and just plain bitter! ZERO star if i had the option, how can I even trust a place like that when I order stuff when they are too committed to what the screen says "deliver"- and now do i even know if they did not just lost it. I would appreciated a note of some kind if they did "deliver" to my door. Instead of me anticipating about my necklace for 3 weeks just to hear them read to me what their tracking post said.

I went to the post office on 1/17/17 to pick up my parcel only to be told it was in transit and would be delivered by the carrier. I waited all night for the carrier that never showed. On reviewing the delivery page, the post-office lied and said they attempted to deliver the package at 9.07 pm (never saw them work that late) but could not find a secure place to leave the package (this is a package that would fit into my mail box),. And to crown up the lies that they left a NOTICE!!! Someone was too tired to deliver to all the houses due to the MLK holiday and lied about an attempt s/he never made. I detest liars whew!!! Now, Im being given a running around to get my package. This is my second bad experience with this office and I dont think they are in any time soon ready to change their shoddy and unprofessional work practice.
