If 0 star is an option I will use it without hesitation. The staffs know nothing but their daily works. If they encounter something outside of their daily work, they will call the manager. The manager is paid to be an Axxxxle and seems cannot read English. I asked the manager to help me fill a parcel search request form to make sure that I describe my item correctly and got the answer "I dont know how to fill the form". They never apologize for losing my package in any form. After that dumb and irresponsible manager told me he doesnt know how to fill the form, he left immediately and hide in the back of the counter. The provide the most terrible service I have ever seen in the world.

... is absolutely horrible. I live in an apartment, and in the last year, have had my mail delivered by my neighbors at least thirty times, probably more. It seems to happen about once a week at least, where my mail gets put in someone elses mailbox. I have called the post office and complained a dozen times, always with the promise that I will receive a call back the next business day to confirm that the situation has been handled. Still this problem occurs without resolution, or my return phone call.

I live in an apartment complex. I have classes so Im not always home to answer the door when they knock and instead of taking it to the leasing office like other postal services do, they take it right back to the post office. I call next day for a redelivery telling them to leave it at the leasing office and they dont even deliver it the next day. I call back again and they claim they never got a redelivery call from me. This hasnt happened once but twice with my packages.

I wish I could give this post office zero stars. They lost my social security card and then, when they found it 3 weeks later, they delivered it to the wrong address AGAIN. Constantly getting packages that are marked delivered when they are not and customer service is absolutely horrible. Not to mention, my birthday cards were RIPPED INTO and received no apology or service. Never send anything through this address.

I was receiving my mail regularly then one day it stopped coming. Went in to ask about the issue, was told they would call me back and have not heard anything since then. If you are going to send something to a person living in East Lansing I would recommend using a company like UPS. To be fair, the USPS in other cities I have lived in has been good but the service in East Lansing is quite lacking.

Called to ask if MAYBE my mail was on hold at distribution because of an address change. The guy who answered the phone got snappy with me about WHY it would be there. I had to repeat the spelling of my name 3 times so that he could let my carrier know. Its your job to handle the mail. Not to cop an attitude when asked about possible holds. Treat people with respect.

The staff here are very helpful. I came to expedite a passport renewal and the woman I worked with made the whole process simple and straight forward. She also did a great job of putting me at ease when she assured me the passport would make it back to me in time. I recommend this post office for any of your postal needs.

My package was accidentally sent to this post office instead of where I live an hour away in Saline. I called the 800 number and they were less than helpful. Then I called this branch and they went out of their way to find my package and make sure it was sent to the correct city.

I think this is a WONDERFUL post office! Over the years Ive never had anything but kind, courteous service. I love the way they accommodate users with Saturday and evening hours. The lobby is spacious and has everything you need to accomplish most purposes after hours.

The East Lansing Post Office is great! The staff are helpful and friendly. The place is always very busy, but the lines move fairly quickly. I choose to use the USPS over commercial delivery services whenever possible because it is fast, affordable and easy.

They sent my Tax return envelop to me. On the envelop, I had written both, the TO address (in big bold print on the front) and the FROM address (in small print at rear bottom of envelop). Guess what !!! I found the envelop in my mailbox 4 days later ... :D

This is a terrible branch office. They will not answer there phone until they are ready. They are listed as being open from 9:00am till 4:30 Monday thru Friday. But they dont turn there phone on for you to call.this branch gives the usps a bad name.

Most awful service I have ever experienced. They do not answer their phones, EVER. Packages have misprinted labels which delays deliveries by weeks or doesnt deliver them at all. Never use this location to send/receive packages. Awful, awful, AWFUL.

This post office is busy but a gem. The staff is smart, fast and helpful. The hours are fantastic and it helps to avoid the rush at lunch or around 3 when lots of students are there. Also, the home delivery from this office seems very accurate.

Always come to this location to send packages which is very often and almost all of the times Ive had great encounters with the staff. Every now and then I feel rushed but other than that very good and passport center is also very helpful.

Ive always used this location and have never had an issue. The late-night mail and parcel drop is very convenient and the staff has always been quick and very helpful. If you avoid going around 5 I think the lines are very short.

Staff is always friendly here, but dont be surprised by a 10 minute wait in line. If the line gets too crazy though they do have a self service kiosk in the lobby which can save a very long wait.

My package got marked at being deliver to the wrong address (which was my fault) and I talked to someone over the phone about it. he was really courteous and helpful in resolving the issue
