This is a GREAT place to get your car serviced. Mike Smith with Total Automotive, Inc came highly recommended. I was a little nervous since everyone we had used up to this point as a mechanic was dishonest; I really did not trust anyone!!! Mike changed my view. Finally, I had found someone that would not rip me off -I found him to be the most honest mechanic around, very helpful-great advice on my vehicles (we have had 3). My husband and I will never take our cars to anyone else. I really appreciate Mike taking the time to get to know us not just as customers but as people. We have been using Total Automotive for the past 6 years and knowing what good hands we are in for our automotive needs is one less thing to have to stress about!!!

Mike did exactly the work I needed done and didnt try to convince me I needed anything extra. I usually do my own work, but didnt have time for the troubleshooting. Everything he explained was being done made perfect sense, and he did it for what I feel is a fair price. Definitely cheaper than any chain mechanics shop, and no worry as to whether he knows what hes doing or not.

Mike is one of the best around, without question. Hes honest, does the work right the first time, every time, and truly knows his stuff.
