I wish I could give this place 0 stars because it doesnt even deserve to be in business. My sister has a KIA Sorento. She needed new calipers/rotors/brakes. My dad and I did her rotors and brakes about a year ago and we knew it was getting time for the caliper then. They charged $950!!!!!! She was able to "talk them down" to $700 though (this is strike one to me that she had to talk them down). Four days after this job, her KIA started shaking and bucking. Took it back and the drive shaft wheel bearing was broke. They quoted her $260 for the part, when Autozone sold the part for $59. They quoted her $450 for this job but again she talked them down to $250 (strike two). When THEY pulled the car out of the garage a belt was squealing. She refused to take the keys from them until they fixed this SECOND new problem which took them two minutes to fix (strike three in my book). Two days later her vehicle was turning over but not starting until the 4-6 time. That happened 4 times over a period of 3 days after all this service. When it finally started a belt would squeal then idle normally. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind they tried to take advantage of her. All that for a simple Caliper job, is just far too coincidental. You know what she ended up doing? Buying a brand new car. Thanks to Midas my sister felt forced to get a whole new car. We will NEVER go there, or recommend it to anyone. They are NOT honest people. Apparently the guys name is Mitch btw. Dont trust that a-hole as far as you can throw him.

Zero stars would also suffice; I sat in the office 6 hours, while they continually told me my part would be in "in 20 more minutes". There was little to no communication from the front desk to the techs in the back, which to me seemed more like one of the two had not a clue what was going on, and furthermore.... a SCAM. I was told to leave after 6 hours because the part would not be available that day (glad I sat there that long to be told). I made 5 phone calls over a 3 week period after my visit to get the part fixed, they said they had it in store and it was sent back.... but no one called me to tell me the part was ever in store in the first place. I should mention, I had already paid for said part. I called back the fifth time only to be told that after I had already paid for this part, I was going to be charged another $600 in addition to the $600 (including the part) that I had ALREADY PAID. I was promised a service, I payed for a service, and now I am being denied the fix that brought me there in the first place. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. There is clearly a shift in management here, and I can tell you it is for the worse. Select another Midas.... or maybe not Midas at all.

On 05/12/2015 I had an opportunity to have my car serviced at Midas off Holcomb Bridge Road in Roswell GA and it was an amazing experience, the staff …was helpful/friendly in making me aware of what was needed to be done with my car. The Manager Mitch Delva was friendly and offered different options and his customer service was awesome. Even while waiting to have my car serviced the Manager Mr. Delva continue to engage me and make sure that I did not need anything while waiting. Once my car was finished Mr. Delva went over what was done on my car in detail and made sure I received my receipt outlining the services completed, along with providing me with oil change club information. I would say overall on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest I will rank this experience has a 10 and I will definitely return to have Midas continue to service my car and refer this location to my family and friends. My wife and I have been bringing our cars to Midas stores for many years, but the one on 820 Holcomb has been a step above. Just yesterday I went to have my oil changed; they additionally topped off the fluids, looked at the tire tread depth, tested my battery, and a number of other items. Tim, the gentleman at the front desk, was polite and informative without being patronizing. There were quite a few other small items that they noted they could replace, and they charged the price of the item only, no labor. Their parts matched the prices at a nearby auto-part store, so it wasnt like they were up-pricing their products to be able to say "look no labor charge." Additionally, Ive gone in before, told them I was in a bit of a rush so if I could just get an oil change could I, and they had me out the door in 30 minutes. Though, because they are good, they are also busy so Id recommend CALLING and setting an appointment.

If i could give zero stars i could. Dropped my car off to have the starter replaced at 11 in the morning. was told i would be called in an hour, i had to call back after two hours and was told i would be called back in the next hour. never received a call. had to go to the store to to find out the part needed to be ordered. was told my car would be ready by 5 and the place closed at 6. called at 5:45 to find out my car wouldnt be ready until the following monday and i had to go to work. i feel my car was never gotten to because i did not wait in the waiting room. the manager, stanley would not do anything. i feel he was deliberately avoiding me. was told my car would be fixed after the car got off the bay and now im without a car for three days. terrible customer service i will never go to this place ever again and i advice everyone to stay away.

This is a great shop located right off the Holcomb bridge exit on 400 with fantastic staff! If youre like me, getting your car repaired is like going to the dentist (you put it off & its hard on the wallet.) But this location has an excellent, knowledgable and fair staff. They consistently help customers out and are very transparent about what they are doing. From a cost standpoint, they are considerably lower than many nearby shops and the quality of the repair work is equal if not better than others in Roswell. In short, I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to others needing any type of work done-- as with all chains, it really comes down to the staff and everyone at this location (mechanic, courtesy guy, manager) are solid honest people. I live in Atlanta but drive to this shop to have stuff done. Period.

The distance I traveled to this Midas location was the BEST DECISION EVER! I left with every ounce of confidence that my Service Tech "CLAYTON" had indeed given me the "Midas touch"! The oil was clearly changed, all 4 tires were rotated, fluid levels were topped off and the oil plug was in place!(smile) I sensed a level of peace & integrity that I have not experienced in a long time from an auto service provider. The feeling of what are they going to find wrong or worse yet - what are they going to DO wrong was not there! CLAYTON was exceptional! From being personable, pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable, he set the bar! You dont know the "Midas touch" until you experience it! Thanks CLAYTON for the BEST MIDAS EXPERIENCE EVER!
