Thanks Justin and Jason! Great service, great shop. Youve got my business too. Made an appointment at Far East Motorworks in Chamblee for a quote five days in advance because I have bad motor mounts on my Honda. I was told I should come in at 10am - that it would take an hour and a half - knowing nothing about the process I accepted. I was told nothing about a charge. When I arrived at 10:15 I was given a chart much like a doctors appointment to complete with my contact information. The person at the front desk did not acknowledge the fact that I had made an appointment. I returned the form and was told "its gonna be a while, there are many cars ahead of you." After taking a seat in the tiny dirty waiting room I noticed a sign stating that the quote would be billed at the hourly rate. When I inquired what this was I was told $95 and that it could be put toward any work that was done. Annoyed that I was made to wait after making an appointment I called my old mechanic Northridge Auto. I asked how long it would take to inspect my issue and what the cost was - 10 minutes and no charge! I took it here and was out in less than 10 minutes with my quote. Thanks Justin and Jason! Great service, great shop. Youve got my business too.

These guys are great! We have been taking our cars and family members car to Northridge for years. They are honest and efficient. Recently my mom (80+), who lives out of town took her car to a local dealer to look at her brakes. They recommended new brakes, and front and rear struts for more $2000. The car has less than 50,000 miles on it!!!! Mom let them do the brakes but dealership tried to convince her that if she did not have the new struts she was putting her life in danger. As we suspected, and Jason confirmed that yes, the struts showed wear but they were no where near needing to be replaced. If you are looking for repair shop you can trust and get a fair price, you need to go to Northridge Auto Care.

Ive been going to these guys for years. Literally like a decade. They always give me options and make me aware of stuff that Ill need to do down the line so I can budget for it (like new tires, cat converter, etc...). They never make me feel like they are trying to take advantage of me like other places will do when a woman comes in alone. For jobs that will take more than an hour or two, they will shuttle you nearby and if they need to keep your car overnight they will give a loaner car if they have one available. Oil changes are so fast you can do it during lunch and they even check the fluids and vacuum the floorboards! You wont be disappointed!

I gave this shop a try based on the reviews here. And now I have a new repair shop Ill be using from now on. Talked me out of a radiator flush, said I didnt need it. Did an oil change and tire rotation. I came back and had complete brake job done. The estimate was less than others I had quote the job and my final bill was even less then Justin originally quoted. The place is clean, organized and friendly. They call when the job is done so you can plan your day. They are busy because they do good work at a fair price. What more can you ask of an automobile repair shop. I heartily recommend.

I quickly needed help with a dying battery in my car and called Northridge Auto Care. They had availability so I drove up, dropped the keys off, they were quick to respond to the battery issue - called me while i walked over for lunch at Moes, told me the issue prior to doing any work, and gave them the thumbs up. They said itd be ready by the time i finished my buritto - walked over, quickly paid a very reasonable amount, and they even filled up my tires for me. Fantastic, top notch, experience. Glad i live close by, will be going to these guys for a long time to come.

I called in with a Customer Service Question and ran into disrespect from a Technician and/or a Representative from Northridge Auto Care. I was told that the specific job I wanted done was "nonsense" and was immediately disconnected without asking if there was any other job that needed to be done that they were authorized to do. Customer Service is key to SUCCESS and the given individual I spoke with was UNPROFESSIONAL, ARROGANT, and DISRESPECTFUL. In conclusion, I wouldnt recommend this location for ANY work thats needed on your vehicle.

I have to say Im impressed. Theyre located in the shopping area where the Smartcuts and Moes is. I needed an oil change, so when my turn came, I was told to wait 10 minutes they replaced the oil, redid the mileage card, and even threw in for free some air in my tires. Total cost was around $38 including tax. Remember that when theyre done, theyll bring the car right next to the shop. I dont know their exact hours, but now I know where to go when I need maintenance done.

They are very friendly and dont pester you about other repairs if you came in for a specific thing, which is hard to find these days. However, it sucks waiting inside for an oil change, because youre not even sure if they performed the change or not. At least at Havoline youre in the car and shown the oil stick, can watch them air up the tires, etc. So, trade offs.

I tell a lot of people about this place. I dont even live close by anymore and I still drive out of my way to get work done there. Its run by the owners, so they have a vested interest in seeing their customers keep coming back, and theyre priced very competitively. Super honest and never tried to sell me something I didnt need. Cant recommend them enough.

These guys are the best. I never question their integrity. They always take care of my vehicles. Several times they have actually done a quick fix with no charge. I thought i had a major problem, they easily identified, fixed it and told me not to worry about it. I live 45 mins away from these guys...and i Will drive to them everytime. Very worth it

Excellent service with a smile! I had called the other day to ask how long an oil change would take. They said around 15 minutes. So today I dropped off my mini, grabbed a bite to eat and by the time I was done my mini was ready. They checked and filled fluids and even made sure she didnt need anything else. Perfect service!

This is the best repair shop I have ever been to. They dont overcharge or take advantage of customers. I have been here several times and even my daughter comes all the way from Norcross to bring her car. They are honest and will not fix things that are not wrong with your car. We give them a 5

I had a great first experience with Northridge Auto Care. They were courteous, timely and honest. They even vacuumed the front of my car when they were done with it! I was very impressed with the quality of service here and will likely come back.
