The only words I can use for this shop is HONEST - caring, and different. After my car was repaired by them, they called me to ensure everything was ok. I never had a mechanic call to check on me, not even a major car dealer. The shop was clean, the waiting room inviting and most of all, they were professional. What made my day was the fact that they were willing to drop me home. Shops like these are far and few and if you are having car problems... that alone is stressful in itself. You want a shop that will minimize your stress and this is it. They say men dont show emotions ... but hugs ... high fives and hand shakes to Far East Automotive MY BEST EXPERIENCE ... integrity still exist in mechanics!!

I had a few issues with my SUV and it was bad on mileage. Zaheer did a diagnosis and suggested a few parts which were critical and had aged. I requested him to replace them and he made a suggestion that he would love to replace them but with original parts and this makes a lot of difference. He is a genuine human and does a great job. I would recommend him for most of the auto repairs. He has very good experience and is very truthful to his work. He is very clear on his diagnosis and it is worth to have him do this before going to a dealership service center. I highly recommend for his work and the command he has in what he does.

I didnt believe that mechanics like this existed... I have 3 cars that range in make and model (Hyundai, Dodge and Lexus). I now take all three of our cars to him, my parents take both of their cars to them and two of my coworkers now also take their cars up to them! If you are going to give these guys a shot you really wont be disappointed. Ask for Joe (or anyone actually) and you will be taken care. From their waiting room to their shop, from the front desk to the mechanics - 5 Stars across the board! Great shop and I will be taking them my vehicles as long as I am in within driving distance!

We have been taking both of our cars to Far East Automotive since 2013. My husband and I are not "car people" so there have been many times we could have been taken advantage of but were not! The owners are so kind and honest and reasonably priced for our area! I cant say enough great things about Far East Auto! Definitely recommend giving them a try!

Had my Honda Odyssey repaired here last week - new alternator, new battery, new battery cables and tune up. Quote for repairs was far less than the dealership. Service was courteous and friendly. Far East Automotive is extremely HONEST. I have 2 BMWs a 3 series and a 5 series. Both serviced here and it is done very professionally and at affordable cost compared to the dealership. Fast service and very courteous. I strongly recommend them for any make and model.
