I deal with Robbie Owings, who is amazing and calm and cool, both in person and over the phone. For the first time ever, Kenny Hancock, the manager, answered the phone for appointments. After telling him that I needed to book an appointment, he informed me that the computers were down. I said "OK, Ill call tomorrow." No problem. The next day, I called at about 1:00, and the comps were still down. No problem, but I was curious why they maybe didnt have a backup plan to make appointments, so I asked if the reason they could not make appointments was because the harddrive itself was down or if some online portal that they use is down. HE SIGHED LOUDLY, CURSED, AND HUNG UP. I called back. No answer. My partner called back from his own phone. Answered immediately. My partner informed him that was a big mistake to hang up on a customer of countless years, one who has brought in business through the years, and asked him what his problem was. He proceeded to yell at my partner. I have been actively attempting to contact the owner, Fred Johnson, to inform him of his managers behavior. If he leaves, Ill return. If he stays, there are plenty of other places I can take my salary and my car.

They must be doing a lot of business because they were rude and didnt care for my business. I had an appointment to get my card diagnosed [check engine light was on]. When I got to the shop, they said I would have to leave the car for them to diagnose. I was very frustrated that they didnt tell me when I made the appointment that I would have to leave the car. I insisted that since I was there they should atleast plug in the computer to check cause of the problem; so I could figure out if the car was safe to drive. Two people initially said they will check it, then one of them went back talked to someone and came back and said. Sorry, Boss says, we dont really want to check your car. I ended up wasting 2 hours of work time that I did not get paid for going to this place and then driving back to work in peak rush hour traffic from Lilburn to Norcross to Decatur [all I 285 at 9am]. Would not recomend this place as they dont care about anyones safety but themselves.

I took my Prius to Atlanta Hybrid Repair and they wouldnt fix it because it was under recall. They could have replaced the part and charged me almost $1000 but they chose to keep my best interests ahead of theirs. Not only did they tell me about the recall notice, they printed a copy of the form letter I should have gotten in the mail and told me to make sure I asked for a free rental car! I appreciate the honesty and integrity that they showed that day. The next time my Prius needs work, they will be the ones to do the repair work (unless they can save me more money!).

I have finally found a place to take my car where I feel comfortable and at ease knowing that my car is in good hands. I took my car to this shop this morning to get a few things worked on. I was so impressed with the employees and the business overall. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and had Wi-Fi. They were incredibly professional and very knowledgeable. In the future this will be the only place that I take my car to for all maintenance and repair needs. Thank you Atlanta Hybrid for your phenomenal customer service!! Great Job!!!

I appreciate their professionalism. I have a modified plug-in Toyota Prius (as purchased from Clark Howard since he went 100% electric with the Tesla Model S). The car is great and ToyoTechs have taken good care of it. ToyoTechs is diligent, fair, and willing to listen in order to get a true understanding of whatever is the situation. To me its important that the service provider have aptitude along with a good attitude. Toyotechs combines both to deliver excellent service (I also posted this review under Yelp).

Have just had another fabulous service experience at AHR. I was very happy with the service work they did on my 2005 Prius that I had bought last year. I liked the car so much, decided to buy a newer one (2012). Just did the pre-purchase inspection with Kenny. I am so impressed with the thoroughness, thoughtfulness, cleanliness, and honesty of this shop. They got me in and out exactly in the time scheduled. It is well worth it for me to drive all the way from Decatur.

Went in for the first time today on the recommendation af a friend. I was very happily surprised. The service techs were knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on. No attempts to sell me something I didnt need and gave me a heads up on what and when to expect service in the future. Awesome customer service guys. They also service Nissan & Infiniti cars in addition to just Hybrid. I wouldnt trust my car with anyone else. Ive lived in Atlanta my whole life and never had great experiences with any car shop. ToyoTechs & Atlanta Hybrid became clients of mine, after seeing how things operated there behind the scenes, I can assure you that this place is completely honest and extremely knowledgeable.

Well these guys are just great. They fit you in asap for scheduling and same day if emergency. They are knowledgeable and the pricing is quite reasonable to lower than normal. I can always count on them for quick, trustworthy service. I have moved to Athens but still continue to bring my prius here for repairs and even oil changes!

Fantastic shop. I trust these guys to do quality work, with prices that cant be beat. The key word in that last sentence: Trust. What a relief to know that the person servicing your car knows what theyre talking about, isnt "bluffing," or worse, not telling the truth. The team here is honest and smart. Highly recommend them.

These guys are top notch. Im most familiar with Kenny who keeps you up to date, lets you know the cost and makes sure your car is safe before you leave. Their services are reasonably priced and you dont have to have a hybrid for them to do a good job. I have recommended them to others I work with and they are just as pleased.

I have been going there for 6 plus years. Their services: car and customary are spectacular. They listen and take the time to discuss matters upfront. I had a problem with my tag screw thread being distorted. My tag was hanging funny. They even also fixed that when I pointed it out to them. Wow!

Atlanta Hybrid came to the rescue again today! This is the only place I would take my daughters prius for repair. The customer service is five star! Repairs are quick and reasonably priced. I am grateful for the consistent service Atlanta Hybrid has provided us over the years!
