SO SO, I think a majority of the reviews may have been written by staff themselves. Upon such stellar reviews, I came to expect a lot instead of an average shop experience. I brought my 318i in for a valve cover gasket replacement and oil filter housing gasket/o-ring-seal repair. I asked to have the old gaskets held to confirm a job done. I received only 80% of the gaskets. None of the inner seals for the valve cover were ever returned, which explains why they asked me to pay before bringing the bag of gaskets and seals for examination??? They didnt bother to replace the oil loss due to the repair, but still managed to charge me for a quart. I had to ask for the oil to be topped off before driving out of the lot. Next best thing to a dealership? That would be overreaching. Third world dealership? maybe.

They say that BMWs are expensive to own, but people who go to Carma know that it doesnt have to break the bank! Ive been going to Carma for several years, and every time I have an issue with my car Im pleasantly surprised by how quick, easy, and inexpensive it is for Carma to fix the problem. The first time I went here, they replaced my starter for about half of what it would cost at the dealership and I havent looked back since. More than that, Alex and his employees are completely trustworthy. Theyve never tried to sell me a service that I didnt need, and Ive never lost as much as a single penny from my coin holder any time Ive taken my car in. If you have a BMW, youd be crazy to take it anywhere else in Atlanta.

Ive had good luck with Carma. I switched from Nalley BMW after my 5 series went out of factory warranty and I havent been disappointed. I noticed as I was sitting in the waiting room that there are several awards from excellent service technicians back when the employees worked at big name dealerships. I also referred a friend here with a 328i that had an issue the dealerships couldnt seem the fix. Carma was able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix it for not that much money. The place definitely has character, but I really like the people there and they do a great job. Ill continue to take my car here.

I took my BMW 2004 530 in yesterday for a knocking noise that was coming from my front left wheel. Alex took a look at my vehicle and noticed that a couple of screws were loose. He performed a diagnostic and noticed that the knocking noise was simply a result of a couple of screws not being completely tightened. After performing this minor repair, he called me to let me know my car was ready. The charge? $0.00. I am quite confident that Nalley BMW wouldve taken advantage of this opportunity to perform a senseless repair and charge me hundreds of dollars for it. Thank you for practicing good Carma Alex!

Do yourself a favor and go see the professional, kind and courteous staff at Carma. Whether you are a gearhead or completely clueless, Alex and his staff will diagnose the issue and fix you up. They offer very competitive rates and you will be hard pressed to find a more welcoming environment. Moms with kids that are normally intimidated by dealers (or other places) wont be at Carma. Guys (like me) that look at a car and see doors, wheels and windows, wont feel inept or lost at Carma. This is the premium import shop for BMW and Mercedes in the area. Awesome work done by awesome people. Just go to Carma!

I have been taking my 2003 745LI to Carma for a long time. Alex and the crew are the bees knees and the cats pajamas when it comes to professional service, great prices, and over all customer service. I fall in and out of love with my BMW, but once Carma finishes working on it, I am back in love with it again. I have sent many of m co-workers and friends to this place and all have been very pleased with their experience with Alex and the crew. I am sending some new people their as well and I know they will be happy. Alex I need some commission on referrals bro. Just kidding, keep up the good work guys.

I was glad to find CARMA once my 530xi went outside dealership warranty. Now with 80,000 miles they have done an amazing job keeping me posted on every leak and wear/tear item and how to prioritize the repairs. They have dealt directly with my extended warranty and Tanya has gone out of her way to call and just check for me. Sometimes you may get a surprise detail! I think evryone of the staff makes you feel special and they are definitely the most knowledgeable on the BMWs-it is a true garage but I would rather bring my car to these enthusiasts than anywhere!

brought my car in for a tune-up March 2016. Although Carma does good work, i was disappointed with the way they handle discussing an estimate PRIOR to starting work. i ended up paying as much as going to a dealership which would have been far more convenient. Furthermore, some of the items they claimed to have done were redundant with my prior service repair there, in a time frame where it was questionably necessary. Realistically i would have given between 3 and 4 stars but they do good work so they get 4.

After taking my car to Tires Plus, I was super fed up with bad service and work. A friend at my gym recommended this place and I am so thankful she did. My top would not go down and my aux jack started to malfunction. They got me in immediately, even drove me to the Marta Station so I could leave my car and got to work, and then didnt even charge me for the service because it was so simple to repair. I will definitely be taking my car here from now one and recommend them to all my friends.

These people are the greatest. For the fourth or fifth time now, they have made repairs on my BMW at 1/3 the cost of the dealer. To replace a front light, the dealer wanted over $300 for a "2 1/2 hour job". Carma did it in twenty minutes for a total cost of $100! They are friendly, speedy, hard working and honest. First time in my life to come across such a great team of fully competent mechanics.

Excellent Quality Service. Ive had my 1999 7 series BMW serviced at Carma for more than 5 years, and have NEVER been disappointed. Alex has done some custom work on it that is absolutely outstanding; people come up to me and tell me how great it looks all the time. Alex and his team are first class; you cannot do better!

I have taken three different cars there, some better than others, and always received dealership-level expertise. Sandy and his team of certified technicians talk to me and offer practical advice; theyre not trying to meet a monthly quota of add ons ... I think they just believe in good service at a fair price.

I brought my X5 to the guys at Carma. It was making a terrible noise and the dealer quoted me to replace the entire 4 wheel drive unit. Carma was able to rebuild the unit and it cost me less than half of what the dealer quoted. With an 18 month warranty I felt it was well worth it. Thanks guy, you were great!
