Came here Saturday with an appointment scheduled on the Mineke website. According to the website, I was ensured that the coupon for a $15 oil change would be applied at this particular location. When I walked in for my apointment, the first thing the secretary said was "ugh, its going to be a while. He has a long repair on the racks". I was immediately soured to this place by her disposition. If thats not bad enough, the coupon that was supposedly "ensured" to apply, was not accepted by this location. Reason being, this is a franchise. So, out the door I end up spending double what I was told this mineke charged for a oil change. So I get home, get a call a few HOURS later, she says my coolant is low, and I need a coolant flush and power steering flush. Asks me if I would like them to do it, Im like HECK NO! I was not about to give this business one more penny! So fast forward to the following Friday, I take my car to another business for an alignment, and at my request, the mechanic checks my coolant and power steering to see if I really do need them flushed. Turns out, coolant was fine, but STILL LOW! Mineke never topped off my fluids, which I would think would be included in an overpriced oil change! Very disappointed! Do not go to Mineke in Sandy Springs! !!

I was loyal to Rommel. I referred people to him for years. My son purchased his first car. His car would not crank after 2 months. It was his fuel pump. My son wanted to try and replace his fuel pump as a project, himself. This was a C-Level job. Not too hard. He just wanted to try and fix himself. Its his car. He has that right. The car stopped at his school. He left it at school too long and it was towed to impound. Last week I had my sons car towed to him from impound. Rommel treated my son like crap, because he tried to repair the car himself. Rommel wanted to charge $100 for diagnostic for something we already knew was fuel pump. My son told him that he did not have any money today. My son knew that I would take care of it, but he just wasnt sure if I could get by today. He got pissed off and had my sons car towed back to the impound. Rommel did not call me or advise me or discuss with me. We had to pay $260 to get his car from impound and tow it off property a second time. This guy will turn on you fast. Where this evil came from I do not know. But I am taking legal action and will never go to him again. And I will never send anyone there and will spread the word

These people are trained thieves. I brought my car to replace my front brake pads after I was told it will cost me about $150 without rotor replacement. After the brake inspection, she now came back and said it was $332 without the rotor which was basically more than double the price that was quoted. Unknown to her I called the parts store where she said they buy their parts from and I was told that the brake pads was $48. When I asked her why she was now quoting me over $100 for the pads when the parts company was selling the same parts for $48, she nervously lied that they bought the parts from a company that sells the parts to the parts store. In other words I caught her trying to steal from me. I was furious and I now had to pay them $32 (extortion fee) for doing a visual check to see if I needed a brake pad which only took less than 1 minute. The manager was also very rude when I demanded that I didnt want to do business with them and I wanted my car back. These people are criminals and I will never recommend them to any human period.

The staff on July 15 2017 @ 3:14 pm STATES THAT I SHOULD GO TO O, RILEY TO GET A READ. Then states a 10.00 charge pulls my car in, talks to his associate that just helped a women, (weave and pajama pants. Gets you a read and repair).Comes back blows air as if I was a nuisance. Says reader is broken, women left smiling paying for her repairs. 2 seconds ago. I just wanted a read, not a social war. Rudy Giuliani might be right. 10.00 was worth the expertise, too bad I would have held up closing time an hr away. I wanted a read from a repair shop not a store full of kids. ( Very nice kids.) Never again. Im not even angry. Im disappointed. BM Fail. Again.

Went to get an oil change...while speaking with the guy at the desk, a giant pit bull jumps up with his front paws on the desk. When I ask the guy, if the dog had a chain or leash on he says "no", when I ask him to put him in another room he says "no," when I asked why not, he said, "I dont want to." So I asked for the owner, he said he was the owner!! Needless to say, I told him to give me my car so I could go elsewhere. Then he started talking about black people and pit bulls, and how if he was white there would not have been a problem. The owner was unprofessional and should NEVER have had a dog off of a leash in a public place.

My brakes failed on my car that I had only for a couple of months. While there they noticed my fuel injector was leaking (I had always wondered why I had smelled gas around my car). This was a potentially huge problem that could have led to a fire. I was not happy about the extra charge but it was necessary. When I went to pay they accepted a discount coupon I found on their website. I was not able to print it out, but they went ahead and gave me the discount when I showed them the email from my phone. They also gave me a coupon for a free oil change. I recommend this place.

Worst car related experience ever. Manager is a rude, classless JERK. I was quoted a price of $200 for work that needed to be done, then he comes back with an invoice of $287, which is not even close to the original price. Not only was he not willing to reduce the price, he was extremely rude too. The other employees were nice, but this guy, Rommel was his name, is a piece of garbage. Ill never go back again.Youd be wise to stay away as well. There is another location just north of this one thats much better in price and quality.

Like many of you, I, too, had been going to this shop for many years and thought the service was decent til I found out my parts had been put on up-side down and replaced multiple times within a 2 year spand - not to mention bolts missing from motor mounts. When I called owner to notify of the issues, he was extremely rude even though I gave the courtesy of calling him to avoid posting a negative review. I was a great customer for many years, but I will never go to this location again.

Made the mistake of trusting them. Spent about $1100 all together and was going to spend way more but came back to have something fixed that was under warranty, they claim they didnt have any information in the system. They claim they keep things on file by tag number, weve had the same tag number almost 10 years and they couldnt find anything?? It took for me to complain to corporate for them to "find my information" in the system. So unprofessional, would not recommend.
