This place is the worst. Im writing this review with hopes that I can at least stop someone else from wasting their money and time here. All of the stylist in many ways were rude and insensitive and very very unprofessional. You would think that in this day and age where pretty much everyone is speaking the second language Spanish that they would know that when you are talking rudely about someone that youre servicing, that just maybe there might be a listening ear that understands what youre saying and that it might deter you to refrain from doing so. They not only talked about customers, but when a new customer would arrive they were never acknowledged. They would stop working on a customers hair and just go eat and the customer is waiting and wondering why theyre sitting there with their hair wet for 15-20 minutes because the stylist just disappeared. Telling customers to "shut up" or "just dont come back again", and yet the worst is to speak horribly to an elderly lady who was telling them she wanted her hair done one way while they insisted that she just "be quiet" and let them do their job. Again, If I can just stop one person from having to endure this miserable place then I can sleep well at night. By the way this salon is also listed as (DMYA Dominican Salon) and why they have two names I have no idea.

I wish I would have not come back. This is my second time coming and it is worst than the first. I let the owner talk me into coming back ☹️. They do not take care of your hair, they will do what they feel like doing b/c its the easiest instead of what youre asking for or whats best for your hair. My hair was flat ironed completely dry. I told the lady my hair was too dry and brittle for her to keep putting heat on it w/o any oil or anything, she said okay but didnt put ANYTHING on it. When she was rolling it (for me to go under the dryer) she was just pulling it apart w/o taking notice or caring how tangled my hair was. And besides that she didnt even want to roll it b/c it wouldve been easier for her so she was mad. I would NEVER go back.

Please dont go here I wanted a straight cut with light layers so I could have body at the Crown I have fine hair and the owner razored my hair so now it looks thinner and she did what she wanted to my hair I got my eyebrows waxed also worst experience ever she burnt my skin there will be a scar
