The staff was friendly as was my stylist, however I was extremely dissatisfied... I walked out having spent $110 and looked almost the exact same. My hair was considerably light to start with, when making my appointment I said I wasnt looking to spend a whole lot, they stated over the phone that what I was asking for would range from $65-100 and that my stylist would go over the cost before. Well she did not mention cost and said "just a few" highlights would get me where I wanted with my color(making me think it would be under $100) . While the color is pretty and is toned a little it still looks just like it did when I came in and not like the picture I gave her. I am normally not the type to complain but where I was displeased is when I got to the counter to pay and presented my first time customer coupon for $20 off service, my stylist said to the receptionist that she needed to change my service to a "full panel". Im not sure what my total was prior but that made me feel very uneasy and like they were only interested in making the most they could off of me. Unfortunately I will not be returning, I will make the drive to Athens to see my regular stylist from now on.

Ive always had wonderful experiences here. Camille gave me my first ever balayage and I absolutely loved it! She is super attentive to detail and takes her time to get it done perfectly. When she was all booked up, and I needed to get in for color, I then saw Becca. She was very professional and after I showed her a picture (which I always appreciate them letting me do bc I have a hard time explaining exactly what I want- and both ladies were fine with it) she knew exactly what I needed to achieve the look. When I went back for a haircut she did a great job explaining the length before cutting it since I was going a lot shorter. Both ladies are very knowledgeable in their craft and do an amazing job. When Im in there I always like to see what everyone else is getting done too, and Ive never seen a bad style on anyone, just really great work. I love this salon!

Had my hair done by Camile. Went in to have foil highlights the first looked great but she straighten it. So when I washed my hair and it dried I could hardly see any highlights since my hair is naturally curly. Went back in just to get some blonder highlights put in so you could see it. She made the whole top of my head this blonde color. No highlights on the top just straight blonde with a few orange tint. I cant even wear my hair up because my sides are brown with some highlights like I wanted all over. So kinda looks like a skunk. I was in such shock that I just wanted to get out of there. They made me pay the Full price again when she did even way less highlights. And she defused to make curls. It looked like a frizzy mess. It was obviously that she was upset I came back. By the way my hair turned out this time.

I got my hair cut on a Monday (I was going out of town in a mere few days, and they were one of the only ones open on Monday) by "Meg" and had two completely different haircuts; one on the left and one on the right. I couldnt tell because she so craftily curled my hair. The next day I noticed how uneven and awful it was, and when I called they told me theyd get me in the next week. What place messes your hair up and doesnt honor their mess up that day or the next? Not only that, they wanted to put me with the same person who botched it to begin with. No refund, nothing. So after spending 50 there (I tipped her thinking she knew what she was doing), I went to Atlanta Hair Designs the next day where they actually took care of me. Save yourself an awful experience and go to Atlanta Hair. Or anywhere but here.

Ive been going there about a year and a half, and Ive never had a sub-par style. I dont know about the other reviewer who said they would not recommend Megan, but I adamantly DISAGREE. Meg not only gave me the cut I asked for, but she made my color look terrific, and consistently compensated for the cowlicks that I have, making them manageable. That may not sound like much to some of you, but if you fight the battle of the cowlicks every morning as I do, you know the difference it can make if your stylist knows how to help you with a proper cut. Honestly, she is the only stylist Ive ever had that could do that EVERY time. Im about to make an appointment right now!

I would NOT recommend getting your haircut by Megan. Megan does not understand curly hair and had a flippant attitude when I told her I was worried that it was being cut too short. I walked in with hair to the center of my back explaining that I wanted it cut to my shoulder blades and I walked out sobbing with hair above my shoulders. Megan did not apologize and did not offer any advice on how to style it. Megan needs to work on her listening skills and further instruction on how to cut curly hair. I never thought I would leave a spa feeling worse than how I walked in.

I had my hair done at a different salon, and they did a horrible and embarrassing job. I went to W. Daly Salon to get my hair fixed because I did not want to go out in public with my previous embarrassing hair cut. When I got to W. Daly salon, they did a fantastic job showing me around the salon. They made me feel welcome and introduced me to new products. Brianna, who cut my hair, did an amazing recovery job on my hair. I will definitely come back to W. Daly, and I highly recommend Brianna. Fantastic job, and now I feel comfortable going out in public with my new do!

The management team is friendly and knowledgeable. I love the customer service I receive at W DALY. They truly treat each individual with the utmost respect and the finest customer service. All in all if you are looking for a new salon or just a one-of-a-kind experience give W Daly a try. You will not be disappointed!!!

Let me begin by saying my stylist, Sylvia, did an outstanding job on my cut and color. Despite this, I would not even recommend this salon because of unprofessional employees like Megan. She was next to my stylist and while I was waiting on my color to set I closed my eyes to relax. At this point, Megan began to gossip about me to other employees and customers! This was the worst experience I have ever had in any salon.

I recently experienced an aweful color, I called the Peachtree City location, they listened to me. I stated how horrible my color was and that I needed an appt ASAP. The receptionist recommended Sy @ the Newnan location. Sy was amazing! The entire staff were welcoming and supportive in getting my hair color right. Awesome place I will continue to drive the 30 min. for the best in customer service.
