Deception in pricing. The service is good and they did a fine job with the threading. However they are dishonest with the pricing. It was advertised as $2.99 cash. I paid the exact change but they refused to accept change. So I had to give $3 and was not given back 1 cent. No big deal. But why the refusal to accept your advertised price? Is this a scam of some kind? 1 cent from every customer adds up to a substantial amount. If the lowest advertised price is even $299.00 (hypothetical) I will pay it voluntarily but I dislike being lied to. Having that said the threading service is cheap and highly recommended.

I come here alot, I refer quite a few peolple and I love Rosie BUT the owner has poor customer service everytime!! Make sure you ask for prices before beginning any service because the prices change depending on how the wind blows that day! Also the young blonde female at checkout has a poor attitude as well!!! if I had the energy I would come on here and give them a 1 everyday until the rating drops to 1 to match their poor attitudes and overall bad customer service!! (this includes natural identity spa salon & Bridal).

Customer service sux and the prices are outrageous! Sara(sp?) quoted me $800 for hair and make-up for a bride (to get her ready during wedding and reception) in Atlanta. According to Sara, this was the discounted price! Oh, trail wasnt included in this price. What is she smoking? Who in their right mind would pay that? There are so many better stylists out in Atlanta with reasonable prices!

This place saves my life! They never make me wait, whether it be over the phone or when I run in last minute. The service is amazing and Ive honestly never had a bad experience there. I routinely go to them for my facials and body waxing. The staff and family who owns it really make you feel at home, which is the best part. I recommend this salon to everyone, men too.

usually love it but the last 2 times I went for threading they have messed me up. this time its incredibly bad. I had 2 months of growth and now I have one very full brow and one incredibly thin eyebrow. did not follow image I showed her AT ALL and the shape is almost rounded so noticeable and so pissed. Im absolutely done with them.

Good place to get your eyebrows threaded in metro-Atlanta. They are quick and they do a pretty good job for only $4.00. You never know who is going to do your eyebrows but just make sure that you tell them exactly how you want it done. Overall, good place to keep those eyebrows in check and Ive been going here for years.

I asked the owner the price of eyebrow threading and she told me $3. When I came to the register, she said, "$4 please". I told her that she told me $3 initially and she said, "Its $3.99." Im not mad about the money, its the deception I do not care for. Otherwise, I was happy with my eyebrows, but I will not return.

Pathetic experience. The naureen lady who did my eye brows started arguing with me that she has 10 year experience and knows how to shape them. She messed them up completely. I eould never recommend this lady at least for such bad service and arguing with customers. Haircut guy was good

horrible Customer Service I walked in ten minutes to close and they asked how they could help me. I asked to get my eyebrows done and they said they were closed. staff over there is ok but the worst part is every one speak in their own language i dnt understand wht they talk about .

Love Natural Identity! I have sent all of my girl friends there. The ladies are sweet, fun, do excellent work and receive service with a smile. Plus they are affordable, even for a facial. Make sure to not to just treat your eye brows, or hair, get a facial!!

Ive never had to wait more than 3-4 mins. The prices are great & the staff is always friendly. This is my "Go To" salon for eyebrows, waxing & Brazilian. I wish they offered mani/ pedi......it would be a one stop shop!!! Love them!!!
