Ive always had a great experience with one of the ladies there whose name starts with an A. Easily the best clipper cuts Ive found in this area, and she really seems to know how to fit a haircut to a person. Ive asked for her exclusively for the last 6 months or so. Sometime around the first of February I went in when I knew my favorite wasnt there, but was desperate for a haircut. I got a cut from an older lady with glasses who I believe is the manager, and it was a bad experience. She seemed both very nosy and very judgmental, particularly since she didnt even know a fragment of the facts required to make judgments. At one point she asked if my wife was going to make dinner that evening, and I replied "No, not this evening." She replied "Oh, shes a modern woman, huh?" She didnt know that my wife was away with my kids at a school function, nor that I had a long drive in front of me and wouldnt be home either, but that didnt stop her from a hefty insult of my wife. I told her that she was assuming far too much from having just met me, and that regardless she should keep her opinions to herself. She did eventually give me an OK haircut, though I had to do quite a bit more coaching than usual, but I cant say that the experience was a good one. Im rather surprised she is the manager there. When I told her that she should keep her opinions to herself and not assume so much, I caught a couple of the other ladies giving each other knowing looks, and got the impression that it happens often. I would guess that most of the ladies there probably give good cuts, and at least one gives an outstanding cut, but I wouldnt recommend a haircut from the manager unless you bring ear plugs.

I have been getting my haircut at this location for 7 years now and the most recent was the worst experience. I was okay with the cut but the customer service was awful. My hairstylist was Pam. She kept telling the customers she didnt know how long the wait was. She kept complaining how the girl that was doing hair color was lazy. She was really rough with my blow out and used a flat brush instead of a round brush so i had no volume. At checkout she charged me $37 for a $23 service that was listed on the board. She said they charge for the shampoo and cut even if you dont get a shampoo and for extra length umm dont you get a haircut to get rid of extra length? Totally disappointed. Have to find a new hair salon now.

I came in recently for a color consultation and cut. My stylist was Austin and she was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The Salon is also very clean. Upscale for such a budget friendly place. I left 100% happy with my color and cut. Oh and also had an eyebrow wax and it was great.. I have nice eyebrows and they did not over wax them, they were shaped up nicely .. Perfection!

This place is horrible!!! My stylist had no idea what she was doing at all!!! I have been getting my hair cut in a bob for 10 years, and I think I could have cut it better than she did. On top of the fact that I was charged for things I stated I didnt want done! So I walked out with the worst $40 haircut ever!!! If you like your hair, dont go here

The manager at this location informed the stylist to make my 20 month old son be quiet during a haircut because she was talking on the phone. I have never experienced such horrible customer service!!! Please do not patronize this business. .....the absolute worse!!! I am writing corporate until somebody response.
