I have been coloring and highlighting my own hair for years and last week, I bought a hair color at Sallys. The hair swatch below the box was what I wanted which was a soft, med/dark blonde. To my horror, it turned out almost black. Extremely dark, drab brown. After a lot of YouTube videos and online research, I was scared to mess with it and being low on cash, I decided to give a local beauty school a try. I wound up with about four different shades: dark brown, ash silver, orange, blonde. Dark on the sides, lots of silver in the back, thick orange and blonde streaks on the top - it was a MESS! So I made the decision to go to Siggers Hairdressers. BRITTANY was AWESOME! Brittany, the owners and other stylists all collaborated for a plan to correct it. Brittany knew exactly how to apply the color and highlights that evened it all out and brought the color out that I wanted! I had a great time laughing and talking with her and I left very satisfied and relieved! Siggers is a relaxing, classy atmosphere. I definitely recommend them for their expertise, kindness and professionalism!! Ask for Brittany!!

I received a gift certificate in the mail for a free color service, cut, and style. I was very nervous because I have long, strawberry-blonde hair and any time I have got my hair highlighted or trimmed, its ended up cut way shorter than I asked for and not the right color highlights for my hair. I read a lot of the reviews and got even more nervous because they didnt seem too good. Well, I showed up for my appointment and was told I would meet with Courtney. (I remember seeing good reviews for her). Courtney was AMAZING! She was very comforting and promised Id love all of it -- She suggested the Balayage and it turned out amazing. She cut my hair no more than 3 inches and added long layers. She even dyed my eyebrows a light brown! LOVE my hair, cut, and eyebrows! I would definitely come back but I would probably only make my appointment with Courtney. VERY IMPRESSED! I have never walked out of a Salon with EXACTLY how I wanted/imagined my hair to be. WOOHOO!!

I havent made my way into this place so I cant review what this service past the entrance is like... I just called to find out about their airbrush services and it was like pulling teeth! The lady that answered acted like the service was a big secret or something. Theyre over priced first of all and who in the right business mind would put a person that has the personality of a wet rag to represent their business? I normally dont write reviews on companies but Ive just had up to here with poor customer service. In a day and age where people arent spending as much money on frivolous things like hair tanning you would think businesses would try their hardest that have outstanding customer service, I dont get it.

Based on my experiences there... I am giving an "OK" review because: - they take FOREVER... seriously forever. I understand some women have time to make a day of the salon, but I feel like being there for three or four hours is a bit much - the last time I was there, I was very specific about the way I wanted my hair cut... the stylist cut it differently than that. If I am paying them over $100 to do my hair, I feel like they should not decide what it looks like for me. The only reason I would go back there is that they do have some awesome makeup products and their own line of hair products for sale, and I am pretty sure they are not available anywhere else.

Awful experience at Siggers in Northlake. Had basic trim and highlights. The girl who did my hair was really sweet but by the end result clearly inept. They rushed me to pay ($200!!) before she was even done foiling my hair and when she blew it dry she pretty much rushed me out and didnt show me the back. When I got home and had a chance to examine it, she did the worst highlighting job ever! I havent had highlights in 4 years - so all my hair was virgin yet it is stripey and looks like I have highlights that were done 6-8 months ago near the top, in the back and underneath. Stay away!

Siggers is by far my favorite salon in Atlanta. I go there for keratin straightening, color and cut. I see either Allison or Gavin, and they are both great. My hair looks better than it ever has, and I get compliments all the time. After having my hair straightened, I had friends telling me I looked 10 years younger. I definitely recommend putting yourself in their hands. Really ask them what their opinion is about your color and your cut. So many people have dated cuts or color that doesnt flatter them because theyre trying to imitate a friend or a movie star. Dont do it! GO TO SIGGERS!

After waiting twenty minutes my hairdresser had me stand while she did the main cut, and then she worked for about five minutes before finishing. The actual cut took less time than the wait! At the counter I was surprised to pay $58 for a not-so-good haircut and was further disappointed when my hairdresser had me wait another five minutes while she looked for referral coupons. As I left the parking lot I noticed a load of uncut longer pieces that she missed. Super disappointed and I will not return.

Undeniably the WORST experience of my life. My hairdresser had no idea what she was doing and left me with a haircut and highlights that I absolutely hate. I was there for 3 hours! 3 hours! Unbelievably awful experience. With all the the talk of how amazing this place is, I am highly disappointed and would not recommend their salon to my very worst enemy. I will never, ever go back and will tell everyone I know that this is not worth the money, the time, or the heartache over horrible hair.

**ASK FOR BREA** Brea is the BEST! She is a very detail oriented stylist and always listens to what you want to do. Whether its changing up your hair color or simply wanting a new cut/style, Brea will make it happen just as you imagined. I recently tried getting a spray tan and I LOVED it! I will definitely be frequenting Siggers Hairdressers throughout the cold months to keep my tan! :)

Its easy to find and book an appointment at Siggers. The salon has a high-end look and runs like a no-nonsense lady. Ultimately, its the hairstylist who makes you feel comfortable. Recently, I found a Siggers stylist who really listened to my concerns and took the time to give me how-to tips. I always feel like its time and money well spent at Siggers to make me look good.
