I called and made an appointment and the lady scheduled me. Arrive on time for my appointment and she wasnt there. They said she got sick and left for the day. Ok, ppl get sick unexpectedly so I understand BUT SHE TOOK MY NUMBER DOWN & DIDNT HAVE THE DECENCY TO SAY I SHOULD RESCHEDULE. Then I told the guy that she quoted me $45 for my 8 yr old starter locs & my husband was getting the rewtist special that they had on the sign. He really acted like he didnt know anything about a special & the signs were still posted outside. Then he called the lady and asked her why she quoted me $45 for my daughter and she said she didnt wowwww smh. Worst experience ever because I could have made other plans with my family.

DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible Customer Service. Appointment was at 11am, they didnt start till Noon. They didnt even know I made an appointment. I had to keep reminding them. They had the heat up so high it was uncomfortable to even breathe in there. I mean I started sweating so as I hit the door. I made an appointment for the Tuesday free loc style and I didnt get a style at all. They claimed the style I wanted wasnt included with the special. Also what really pissed me off was they assumed because the way I look that I was a child. When my mom came in to use the restroom, they automatically went to her to ask for the money. I will never go there again! I felt so disrespected.

I literally have been cominh her on and off for years really only dealing with ms jackie.. But this time i needed to get an early appointment so i went to her second shop on candler... I just wanted a silk press.. I had an older lady with a short wig... Try to press my hair with a broken flat iron... I literally gathered my things and left running to her first shop went there waited 30 minutes for another lady to press my hair... She did a half ass job.. My hair literally looks like i blew it dry... Worse exprience i have ever had in my life at a salon.... I cant ever return.. 70 dollars down the drain

My stylist Ms. Meka was wonderful!! She performed my first retwist with the palm twist style. Very knowledgeable and considerate in helping me to keep moisture within my locs. I love ❤️ the freshness and shine of my beautiful hair. Im so grateful that they are opened on Sunday. I have a blessed hairdresser for the duration of my style. Thank you! The only complaint I have is appearance is everything just because your location is in South DeKalb, your customers and potential customers desire cleanliness and order its important and shows that you appreciate our hard earned money I hope you can do better

Very unprofessional. Ive been trying to give this salon a chance. They started my pics 2 years ago. They cant keep stylists, every time I went in, someone else worked on my hair. The final straw, I make an 830 appointment, get there, the person to do my hair isnt there yet and to top it off, a walk in comes and they tell me, an appointment to wait...after an hour I walked out. The worst service EVER. Oh and they take appointments for locations that are CLOSED!!!

What caught my eye was the online special for Free Color .. Made an online appt for 5:45 that was the latest time.. I arrived early ( they will charge your card if your late) so they asked if i had an appt and i told them yes at 5:45 , she looked at some book and said well we close at 6:00 ..asked if i could reschedule for the nxt day exlpained that i have to work so they offered a reschedule.. Politely decline and left...

So unprofessional here my girlfriend made an appointment here and told the lady that work here what all she want done 2 her head and braided we come in for the appointment she book and say she dont braid then she was the only stylist there I wouldnt recommend this shop RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN From this shop

They scheduled multiple clients for 8 am and none of the stylist had arrived and then the water was off. I waited an whole hour with nothing done. This was my first time going and it was an horrible experience.
