Known binta almost 10 years. Her sister did my braids and they came out within two day. Binta said she would rectify but never did. The next week my mom went in for a braid ponytail and again was given to another "Sister". It was nowhere near a ponytail and was more like a african tribal ceremony creation that wasnt cute. She left in for a week and a half and has thinning at the part they made in the back. Very disappointing and irresponsible leadership Binta.

Dont waste your time and go there. There staff is slow and always take time out to do theyre rituals. They take personal calls and be caked up all on the phone. Then while Im getting my hair done she tell me to give her 30 minutes so she can go pick somebody up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This is a business. If I wanted to go through all of this I wouldve got one of my friends to do my hair.

Every experience I have had has been excellent. The braiders are pleasant and respectful. The pricing is reasonable. The braids always look great and last a while. They dont take too long. I have never had breakage on my hair nor my daughters hair from the braids weve gotten there. The environment is clean every time I have gone as well. I will continue to support this shop.

Whenever I go to binta its always pleasant I dont let anyone but her do my braids now her sister did it one time and me and hubby werent to pleased and the first thing he said was that unh uh the same person aint do your hair but it was still ok but whenever binta does it Im always passed pleased and happy she will forver be my braiding tech

Ugh they put gel in ur hair while there braiding it which can pulk out your hair they also charge to high just cause of the inches and everytime i gt my hair done i likmy braids very big they wanna do what they wanna do. Dont go bad experience its still takin me some time t grow my hair im scared t gt my hair braided again.

I love Ms. Binta! Shes braided my hair for years (since I was in high school) with great growth noticed! Everyone braids very well in the shop, so disregard the ignorant comment regarding how they conduct business- these ladies are ALWAYS professional and I leave very satisfied! (FYI: there is nothing wrong with prayer)
