Beautiful Beloved

The cut seemed nice at the salon while wet, I was happy..but when I got home, the longest ends needed to be trimmed, which i did myself..the highlights were not ombre like the photo but more like stripes on a zebra.. i brought a photo, and it was not what i received. I was also charged for leave in conditioner (which is not expensive at all.. but its the principle) that I never asked for. It was said after the fact and i didnt know i was getting charged. This is my honest review. I dont complain to the person who did my hair. I go for the initial haircut and move on if I dont like it... Im moving on.

Excellent, professional service by Chaneise (excuse the spelling please). She exhibited superb customer service skills. She knew exactly what to do with my long, naturally curly hair. Chaneise styled my hair much better than some stylists Ive paid over a hundred dollars for service. I truly enjoyed my experience and I will be back!!!! Please visit Chaneise at this location!
