I live in Atlanta so I didnt expect to shop for a new Toyota in Dublin, Georgia. But some initial internet research led to 3 - 4 phone calls with dealers across the metro area plus Pitts Toyota. At Pitts, I spoke with Steve Winters. Hands down, he made a strikingly better impression than the Atlanta dealers. That strong first impression was born out through several subsequent conversations (and text messages) as I worked toward my purchase. The simplest description of that first phone call is that I had the sense I could trust him. He was up front about what he could and couldnt do. He was patient with my questions and went to others for information if he didnt have the answer. In the end, he dealt with me as if I were his neighbor. Put differently, he works with you in a way that suggests he wouldnt be afraid to run into you around town after the sale. Thats to his credit but it may be helped by the fact that the dealership is rooted in a smaller community. If youre looking for a new Toyota and youre based in Atlanta, its worth a phone call to Steve. And the distance is not a problem when it comes to buying because there are plenty of local options for service.

When you look for a car, be it new or used, it can be a bit of a rough experience. You worry that what you want will be out of budget or the salesman will try and push the flashiest thing on the lot. Youll have the exact opposite experience with Pitts Toyota! Moses was my sales rep. and he could not have done a better job. He listened to what I needed and kept my budget in mind the whole time. I initially went in for a new Camry, I was one of the habitual Camry owners and I had no intention of changing my mind. Moses showed me several Camrys that he thought I would like, and I did, but what really got me was when he showed me a Prius. The whole time I was with Moses I kept mentioning gas mileage and how most of my driving was in town when he asked if I had ever considered a Prius. At first I thought heck no, but after listening to him explain how efficient they are with in town mpg. I couldnt say no to at least a test drive. Long story short, I now own a Prius and its all thanks to the attentiveness of Moses. If you need a new or used vehicle go straight to Pitts Toyota!

Amazing Service! From the first moment I contacted Pitts Toyota I had excellent service! I worked with Mary over the email and she was able to help me decide on a good price for my vehicle. Then when I got to Dublin, I spoke with Tommy Roberts who was just a GEM! He was really helpful and made the process flow nicely with me deciding on which truck I wanted to buy. Justin got me all worked out with the financing and really made me feel good about the process. I did not feel rushed or overlooked. The staff at this place from the moment I wrote an email of inquiry to the moment I drove out with my vehicle made me feel really good! I highly recommend this dealership! It is not like your typical dealership that makes you feel rushed and overlooked. Pitts Toyota is really a great place to shop!

What comes to mind when car buying? Stress. I purposefully went to the lot as they were about to close in hopes of avoiding any salesmen. I have to admit, when Cliff came over to us I was thinking with sarcasm, "oh great, here we go." My experience with salsemen has always been like sharks needing to "make the sale now." Well, I am one extremely happy car owner! And I have Cliff Capman to thank for that. He placed no pressure on us at all and frankly, hes the only reason we even came back the next day! After showing my wife and I two cars, he heard what I had to say about not buying anything on the fly and gave us his business card. We returned the next day and walked away car owners! He made the entire process stress free and enjoyable. P.S. thank you for the Dr. Pepper!

I looked at 4 runners for 2 weeks. Everywhere from Georgia to Alabama. I talked to several Dealerships and sales people. I knew what I wanted and I didnt want to settle. I told Steve exactly what color, model, etc that I was looking for. While other dealerships were trying to talk me out of what I wanted and into whatever they had on the lot, Pitts did not. Instead, they searched hard and found exactly what I wanted from the xp package to the 3rd row, it was all there. I was so impressed and very thankful that someone listen to me and did everything to get me what I wanted. I can honestly say that I bought my 2016 4 runner from Pitts because they had the BEST customer service and the BEST price without all the headache. I highly recommend Pitts Toyota!!

My husband and I bought a 2009 Toyota Venza in April 2015 from Tommy "Booger" Roberts. Tommy drove the car home, we test drove it and fell in love. We discussed it and I called Tommy a few days later inquiring about the car. He then gave my information to Justin, the finance manager, who called me and got all of our information over the phone. He told me to give him a couple of days to work everything out and he would call me. Sure enough, two days later, Justin called and gave me the best price and payment. I would definitely recommend going to Pitts Toyota to buy your next car. They will treat you right and beat any price around!! Be sure to ask for Tommy Roberts and Justin (not sure of his last name but he is awesome)!!!

Had my truck toll in from a break down, due to a lock up serpentine belt. Master mechanic diagnostic as a bad tensioner and the service kept nagging about my over due timing belt. I said yes quickly then change my mind at the end. Services guy was super heated by his tone and body language. Well after spending $520 on Tensioner, Serpentine belt and labor instead of nagging me about the timing belt should of notice that my Crank pull was shot out. So! Im not please at all. Lets just say when I made it home my new Serpentine was strip almost half gone setting on the housing and the crank pull was between the belt and motor. I was lucky to make it home! Photos of master mechanic plaque everywhere, this job provide them wrong.

After several months of searching for a truck, I recently bought a truck from Pitts Toyota and was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of service that I was given. My sales person was Randy Tate. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and worked diligently on my behalf to provide the quality of service I was looking for without the "pressure" of buying a vehicle. I appreciated his demeanor and the respectful nature of his service. I have bought vehicles from Pitts before and have always been pleased, but this by far was the best experience I have had. Kudos to Randy and I would recommend Randy to anyone that wants to buy a vehicle without all the hassle. Tell him Sharyn sent you. Thanks again Randy!
