Dear neighbor, I’ve never written a (positive) contractor review in my life, but feel compelled to share my experience working with Eric Thomas and The Roof Clinic. I needed some work done on my roof a few years ago and a friend that works for another roofing company recommend The Roof Clinic because the job was considered too small for them. For a couple of years after that, every big storm came with multiple roofing companies afterward telling me to submit an insurance claim. I let one on my roof to inspect for damage; they purposely caused more damage hoping to get me to submit a claim with them. Each time I called Eric, he came out and inspected & repaired promptly advising me each time my roof wasn’t ready for replacement…and to not let ANYBODY else on my roof. This probably saved me from getting an insurance claim rejected and he earned my eventual business with honesty long before my roof needed to be replaced. When Eric informed me recently that my roof was finally ready to be replaced, I never even considered calling another roof company. When I told my insurance adjuster that I wanted to work with The Roof Clinic, he told me that they were “one of the best three roofing companies in Georgia”. When the adjuster came to inspect my roof, Eric was sure to be there early before his arrival. The adjuster had so much respect for this man that he NEVER GOT ON MY ROOF!! He trusted Eric so much that he handed him the paperwork and let Eric go on the roof and fill it out. After he was done, the adjuster asked Eric to go with him to another claim because he knew that Eric and The Roof Clinic were going to treat his customer right! Your review: I am usually a shopper. I want the best, but I am willing to do my due diligence to make sure I am getting the best deal for my money. When my husband and I decided to have improvements done to our roof I had comprised a list of 5 roofers from which to get estimates, Roof Clinic being the first. After my initial meeting with Mr. Eric, the owner of the company, I felt very well informed about roofs, what our roof needed and that he and his guys were the ones to get the job done! I shocked myself (and my hubby) when I decided not to call the other roofers for estimates or anything else:) I am so happy that we went with the Roof Clinic. Upon making our decision to go with The Roof Clinic, Miss Tomeka called me, explained again the schedule, what to expect and assured me that if we needed ANYTHING at all she was available to help. The whole process was seamless, transparent and went very smoothly. We love our new roof and would definitely refer anyone to check them out too! P.S. They also offer financing which was a BIG plus...

The Roof Clinic, specifically Eric was extremely helpful in helping to assess and fix a leak in my roof. I called The Roof Clinic after my daughter and I noticed a leak in the foyer area of my home during the last storm here in the Atlanta-Metro Area. I imagine they received an onslaught of calls after that last storm, however they responded with a prompt return call and were able to schedule an estimate/consultation quickly. Eric arrived on time, was courteous, explained his experience with roofing and what he was going to assessing today. He inspected both the interior and exterior of the roof (not just visually from afar but got up on the roof) and found the problem right away. Luckily, there was no major damage and he was able to fix the minor problem on the spot (and did not price gauge me in doing so). I am very satisfied with the service I received and am now happy that I know of roofer with great prices and costumer service for any future roofing needs.

Contact them to repair damage roof around April 2015. After some issues with playing phone tag with them they finally showed up to repair damage around May of 2015. The repairman convince me to sign up for the ANNUAL Maintenance package. They would repair any damage to my roof for an ANNUAL COST. What he didnt tell me is, its up to the customer to keep track of your annual date. So you can contact them to tell them you want to continue with the maintenance package with them. I found that out today when I call to have maintenance done on my roof. Pretty convenient wouldnt you say? I should have follow my first mind and not have done business with them. I gave them two stars, after thinking about it I will they had - stars I could give them. I wont say not to do business with them. But, get a complete and clear understanding in writing before you do.

I had a small roof leak but one that required immediate attention. After scheduling a consult with ease Eric showed up a few days later to assess the issue and provide a quote. On the service date Eric and his crew arrived promptly. After a quick greeting everyone was fast to work. Once the job was finished Eric went over what was completed and provided additional insight on how the issue originated. I was pleased with the service and would reach out again.

thanks to the roof clinic for repairing my roof after some minor damage from the storm. i found out about them through yelp and the reviews were all good. i caledl the day after the storm and mr. thomas came out that same day and inspected my roof and gave me an estimate for the repair. the work was done the following week and im pleased. this is a great company with excellent customer service. wish much success for this company in the future. ms. morris

Excellent customer service appeal. Knowledgeable and looked out for the customer. Made rational decisions that supported defining requirement that represented cost savings and time. Quality of work was excellent and took no time, no issues and on time!! I will be using them again when I do a complete roof replacement within the next few years. They are on my list defining top quality care and workmanship!!!

We had a great experience with The Roof Clinic! Their staff was friendly and efficient. They started in the AM and when we returned home from work, we had a brand new roof! Eric checked in on his employees progress throughout the day and conducted the final walk through once completed. We were very impressed with their work, professionalism and clean up. I highly recommend them for their pricing and workmanship!
