Sunrise Roofing (or Sunrise) replaced my roof and worked with the insurance company. However, they damaged my AC lineset when the roofer hit the AC lineset (one of Sunrises nails hit my AC lineset during the installation process in the roof) and Sunrise didnt take responsibility for such negligible act. I was told by sunrise roofing that they do not cover damage for such a negligent work they did and they have a disclaimer in their contract that prevents them from being liable. Please do not sign any contract with them until such language is removed from the contract because they will not take ownership for any damage they cause during installation and try to make excuses not to pay or cover such damage. I had to replace my entire AC unit because of the damage Sunrise roofing caused to my line set . I caution you to please look at the fine print and make sure such disclaimer by sunroof is excluded from your agreement before doing any business with them so you dont end up spending over $6K to fix any damage caused by this Company. Very disappointed with their overall service. They were nice until they received their check and left me stranded to fix my AC issue and gave me several excuses. They initially said it wasnt them until an independent contractor showed them where the roofing nail hit the line set and thats when they eventually showed me a clause in the agreement that indicated they are not responsible for any other damage caused to your property during the installation process. Very dishonest and I will never recommend them to anyone.

Terriable and it never even started! Threats of Lein before they even came. would not recommend to anyone. We were going to let them do our new roof, however after seeing all the bad reviews and at our onsite meeting at our home we had an issue. They just showed up and started telling us we could not use anyone else and they would file a lein on our home just like they did others. We called our Insurance and discovered they were calling and acting like me and asked for all docs to be sent to their email because I (the homeowner did not have an email) Our insurance called us and warned us of this company tactics & have documented and pulled the recorded call for our support. We just received a letter of intent to file lein for non-payment in full, However NO SERVICES HAVE BEEN DONE AT ALL! We are making a complaint to the BBB, and contacting the anyone & everyone we can. If a Fraudulent lein is placed we will seek all civil & or criminal actions available thru the court. They try to put fear into using them or get a Lein on home if you decide to use a more reputable company.I will try and post the texts threats they made also. Do not use them until you research there reviews. Im not the only one who has had this issue with them.

Sunrise Roofing replaced my entire roof to my satisfaction. They worked with my insurance in a timely manner. The communication concerning the roof replacement (delivery of materials, date of replacement etc) was timely as well. My roof was replaced within hours on the same day.

Had my gutters filled with muck and leaves so I called Sunrise Roofing Services to ask for assistance with emptying the gutters and adding a guard rail to keep the debris out. So far so good! Thanks!
