My experience with SafeTop Roofing was incredibly positive. It begins with and is largely due to the experience I had with Restoration Specialist Michael Bowen. I put out bids to a couple of companies for an approximately $2000 roofing repair job. Michael proved early on that he and SafeTop wanted my business. From the speed of his initial consultation to the clear and constant communication about where we were in the process, he was simply outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure that he accurately quoted the job so that there would be no surprises. Everything was exactly as he said. Michael and John worked with my schedule and came out to home quickly after I let them know I would wanted to go with them. The work was excellent. I received a follow up call from Calvin who runs the business to make sure that I was happy. He was kind and professional. I take my referrals very seriously as I know many consumers like myself pay a lot of attention to them when researching companies. So please give Michael, Calvin and the team at SafeTop a try.

I gratefully discovered Safe Top Roofing while acquiring bids for a commercial property re-roofing project. After much frustration trying to deal with local contractors, I ended up searching outside the immediate area and found Safe Top. My call was returned almost immediately by Calvin and he followed up with a site visit and a proposal within a few days afterwards. I could not have been more impressed with Calvin or more pleased with the crew and the work they performed. The crew worked diligently on the project which took over a month to complete due to its size. During all that time, there were no real issues, problems or complaints. The crew respected the property as if it were their own by keeping the job sites as orderly as possible while working and clean each evening when they left. This meant a lot because they were working on the rooftops of shops, businesses and also a restaurant. Working with Calvin and Safe Top was an absolute pleasure and I look forward to hopefully having the opportunity to work with them again on a future project!

From the various companies I called, Safe Top Roofing was the only one to come to the site where it was going to be built on the very same day. The specialist gave me ideas on how the deck extension I had in mind could be improved without affecting the overall cost. Their good customer service and their very reasonable final cost made me go with them. The main addition to my current deck was done in a matter of three days. Some details took a while longer, but they offered the best reasonable response and were sure that I was pleased with their work. They took responsibility until the end to make sure the job was well done. The main carpenter, who took pride in his job, guaranteed that I will have a good quality deck for over 25 years. No pressure from them to quickly get the money, they made sure I was happy with the job before I paid. I would certainly recommend this company to my friends.

I had a significant leak develop in my sun room. Chris came out promptly to investigate the issue and found that previous owner had improperly installed satellite dish. It had been leaking a tiny bit from the beginning and had rotted out a section of roof. Then a wind storm ripped the entire satellite assembly off the roof and took a section of rotten roof with it. Chris was concerned about the pending rain and showed up the next morning and replaced a section of roof that had been damaged. We had a huge storm that afternoon and not a drop leaked in the house. Honestly I was surprised by the prompt attention to what was not a large job. I definitely recommend Safe Top Roofing and their people. You will not be disappointed.

My experience with Safe Top Roofing & Remodeling has been outstanding! I recently had the roof of my home replaced by them and the level of professionalism, work ethic and honesty were bar none. I had a lot of questions of their process and all of my questions were met with friendly satisfying answers - Calvin is the man! And all I had to pay was my deductable through my insurance company and my roof was done before days end! Safe Top Roofing has been a Godsend for us. The roof of our graduate schools 25,000 sq ft facility has been badly in need of repairs for a long time. Wed had a lot of "quick fixes," but they didnt last and new leaks were continually springing up. When we got in touch with Safe Top, they came and did a thorough analysis of our roof. The repairs theyve done have lasted, and we arent even seeing new leaks either. Theyve been thorough, but they havent tried to sell us what we cant afford and/or dont need. They are easy to work with and professional. They do a great job!

Next day they were out with a team to remove the tree that caused all the damage. Had a crew out to remove the damage and started the rebuild. Chris and team were great. They were very gracious, down to earth, and easy to reach considering I had a hectic schedule during this time. I had found 1 small leak and 1 larger leak in my roof and requested a roof analysis along with the quote for making the repairs. They were able to repair them much quicker than expected with no visible signs that the leak existed. Additionally, Calvin sent me an easy to work with payment process.
