No need to look anywhere else! Diversified Roofing is perfect! Last week we discovered a leak on the floor of our 2nd story bedroom. The leak had gone unnoticed for some time. I knew I didnt want to call anyone else. Diversified Roofing came to investigate. They determined the source of the leak within minutes. It was an improper flashing from when the house was built 18 years ago! We now have a plan to repair. I also feel very comfortable knowing the condition of my roof. I appreciate how DR educates me about any issues and about solutions. A friend recommended them in 2013; we were concerned about heat buildup in our roof. They analyzed the problem and didnt try to sell me a new roof when all we needed was a roof vent. The talented team was timely, polite, neat and did great work! Furthermore, after work was complete Stan came through the following day to ensure we were satisfied and gave a thorough inspection. Give them a call. You will not be disappointed. Honesty. I highly recommend Diversified Roofing for your roofing needs. Stan the salesman/owner was honest and highly reliable, making a large purchase not such a tense affair. The work was done not only swiftly, but with the highest standard of quality (my father-in-law, a roofer of 43 years, fully endorsed this statement). The true test came the next winter and rainy season. The contour of our roof has a flat area where something called “ice dams” happen, causing water to back up and leak through. We called Diversified Roofing, and Stan came out that day. He cleared the ice dam, reinforced the area and gave us all of the information to keep this from happening in the future. We have had our roof for 5 years now, and couldn’t be happier with the reliability of the work. My husband and I rest easy at night knowing if a problem would arise, Stan &Diversified Roofing would have no problem taking care of it.

We had them do our roof. I could have been a very happy customer. They were the high bid for a premium job. They botched the relationship on the details. The crew was in such a hurry, with a stubborn crew leader, that the details that make the job a success were botched. I used to be a carpenter. A lot of sloppy details. Could have been great, but it wasnt. I regret hiring them.
