I WOULDNT GO HERE !!! I CALLED TO GET A PRICE FOR A REBUILD ON MY TRANSMISSION AND SPOKE TO A MAN NAMED JOE WHO WOULDNT GIVE ME A PRICE FOR THE REBUILD OF MY TRANSMISSION HE JUST WANTED TO GET MY CAR THERE TO DO THE FREE INSPECTION IN WHICH IVE ALREADY HAD IT INSPECTED AND KNOW I WAS POSSIBLY GOING TO HAVE TO HAVE IT REBUILT SO I NEEDED A PRICE FOR THE THE REBUILD HE WASNT GOING TO TELL ME THE WORST POSSIBLE OUTCOME IF I WAS TO HAVE IT REPLACED SO I COULD MAKE SURE I COULD PAY FOR THE REPAIR I ASK HIM 6 OR MORE TIMES TO PLEASE GIVE ME A PRICE SO I COULD PREPARE MYSELF AND HE WASNT GOING TO TELL ME A PRICE WITHOUT LOOKING AT IT FOR FREE !!!! WHAT I HAVE TO BE ABLE TO PAY FOR THE ISSUE WHAT IF I DONT HAVE TO MONEY AND NEED TO GET HELP OR ASK TO BORROW THE MONEY AND MY CAR IS SUCK AT HIS SHOP FOR A FREE CHECK ON THE ISSUE !! HE DIDNT HELP AT ALL HE WAS JUST FISHING IS WHAT I CALL IT CAUSE THEY GET YOU DOWN THERE AND THEN TELL YOU A PRICE YOU CANT PAY AND YOURE SUCK THERE CAUSE YOUR CARS NOT GOING ANYWHERE BECAUSE ITS NOT MOVING!! NOT A GOOD PLACE IF THEY CANT BE UPFRONT WITH YOU AND CANT GIVE YOU A PRICES FOR A REBUILD THAT YOURE GOING TO HAVE TO PAY FOR AND HES NOT WANTING TO TELL YOU HOW MUCH?? MAYBE HE KNOWS THE PRICE IS TOO HIGH AND EMBARRASSED TO EVEN SAY CAUSE HE WOULDNT GIVE ME A PRICE FOR NOTHING AND A PLACE THAT WONT TELL YOU UPFRONT WHAT YOU MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE TO PAY IS TRYING TO RIP YOU OFF FROM THE START AND WOULD TRY TO RIP YOU OFF IN THE END!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My family and I were traveling through Atlanta on our way to Florida for Christmas and our 2005 Honda Odyssey (220k miles) began experiencing clear transmission problems. After scouring Google reviews based on proximity, we had the car towed to the Aamco at 100 Rainbow Way. Cant say enough about the owner, Dean and Joe, the manager. They made us a priority because we were from out of town and in a real bind. Communication was excellent and work was explained very clearly. They rebuilt our transmission in four days through the Christmas break and had us back on the road on the exact day we were coming back from Florida. Weve put nearly 10k miles on the van since the work was done and our Odyssey is running very well. One other note, we accidentally left a small cooler with our Canon Rebel camera in the parking lot. They found the cooler, called us and were kind enough to ship it to Kentucky. Couldnt be happier with the owner, staff and rebuild of our transmission. Great experience.

Having the worst experience!! Went there for the free inspection on Wed. Of last week around 9am. They didnt get to the car at all and no one called me all day to let me know. Ok thats fine. So I pick it up and bring it back the next day. They check it and found nothing wrong. Mind u this took another whole day after I had been there the whole day before. Upon leaving there lot I noticed a huge dent in my front right fender. Obviously it had been hit while in the care of Aamco of Fayetteville. At first they didnt want to take responsibility for it. The owner finally came out and offered to fix damages which was ok, but Wouldnt pay for rental car assistance. I shouldnt be inconvenienced or have to come out of pocket for anything!!! Its there fault! I will never go there or refer anyone. If u use them beware. Inspect your car thoroughly before you leave that place!!!! Would have gave them no stars if I could!

Excellent manager and staff!!! Quality Work!! My wife recently took our car here to be serviced based on a recommendation from our Pastor. We went to get our A/C checked. We had someone else look at our A/C but they could not get the problem resolved. Not only did AAMCO find the problem and solve it, but they also saw some other problems that needed to be addressed. They replaced a couple of hoses and the radiator. They were very honest and courteous! My teenage daughter even talks about the excellent service from the manager and staff. She talks about how they took their time to make sure that everything was done right and it was done right! Our A/C is now working just in time to beat the summer heat! The new hoses and new radiator has stopped all leaks!! Thank you Mr. Brown and AAMCO staff for taking care of me and my family!!

Recently I had the most wonderful experience ever with Dane Brown at Aamco in Fayetteville, GA. I was stuck on the side of the road for over 2 hours, not knowing where to go and how to rectify my situation, I was directed one half a mile up the road after my car got started, where I felt like the angels were singing to my arrival as I walked in. What a team! Dane and his staff took such great care of me and made me feel like family as they not only fixed my problem, but additional issues that have kept me safe and on the road these past 2 months. I have been ripped off at so many other places in the past, and I will continue to visit them for my car service. I would recommend them to anyone. This Aamco is absolutely OUSTANDING!!! They make you feel like FAMILY when you come in. The service is excellent and so are the prices and staff. They are very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain to you piece by piece whats going on with your vehicle. They saved my 98 Buick Park Avenue on MORE than one occasion! They keep her riding like brand new! I recommend this location to anyone in need of car service. They are NOT just transmission specialist, they are TOTAL CAR specialist! From the bumper to the antenna to the lug nuts on a tire....outside and inside....they know what they are doing!! On a scale of 1-10..........they most definitely get a 20 from me!! KEEP UP THE WONDERFUL WORK GUYS!!

I Luv these guys Im a proud owner of a 93 Dodge Intrepid and the hold staff has shown me nothing but Luv. Their patient and they stand behind there work 100% . I just pick my car up today had my transmission rebuilt with these guys a second go round and my vehicle rides great. The first time they rebuild my transmission its performed great with minor issues. The staff worked on my car constantly after the warranty had expired and didnt charge me a dime. I would highly recommend everyone to take your car there its not just about the money they value their customers. That the reason I chose to let them repair my transmission a second time. My experience with Aamco was great the price was really competitive. They took time to explain the process and they seemed more than happy to answer my many questions. My car was ready when they said that it would be. The upgrades that they made to my transmission caused it to shifts better than it did when my car was new. They exceeded my expectations, I spoke with the owner (Dane) about a scrape that was on my car, but I was not sure if it was there prior to my car being left at his shop, he had a body man remove scrape. They went over and beyond. I hope that I never have another transmission issue, but if I do Ill take it back to Joe & Dane at Aamco.
