I needed brakes and knew the front pads need replacing despite the negative reviews from other locations I decided to make an appt at the Cobb Pkwy location since it was close to home. Preparing myself with 50 pgs of reviews in hand I entered the location on guard from the beginning but quite to my surprise I was treated quite professionally and with respect from the start. Megan at the front desk was very professional warm and friendly even though I kept mentioning the reviews. My car was taken in immediately by Kenneth who also was friendly and professional however I still had my guard up since I was expecting a bait and switch or for them to add unnecessary repairs. That didnt happen Kenneth explained I needed front and back brake pads and had me come into the work area to show me my pads which looked very worn. Kenneth explained all the procedures of replacement and advised that I could use a brake flush but if I wanted to wait that was fine. I felt comfortable and at ease because Kenneth showed me my wheel axles front and back plus explained it so I understood exactly what work was required with the exact pricing I had researched prior the experiance there far exceeded my expectation. I even asked that they do the oil change. Kenneth was professional respectful and very informative. This location accepted all my coupons without question and Megan also gave me an additional discount to my final bill. I recommend this Just Brakes location to all because you will be treated fairly and the pricing was in line with the research I had done online. Thank you Kenneth and Megan for a wonderful experiance. I will be back.

As I write this comment, I am actually parked on the parking at the Dunkin donuts. I felt that if I leave the parking, I may forget and I did not want to forget. I called just brake at around 6:30PM because I thought my brake pedal was too low. I was advised to come in to get my brake checked. I figured I would get there by 6:46PM and the time crunch would trigger a reschedule. The staff showed excellent customer service from the phone until John M. opened the door to let me in after he and his colleague serviced my car. My experience was first class. When I got in, John quickly acknowledged me and came to help. He checked the car in the parking lot before bringing it inside the shop. He and his colleague worked on the car and before I knew, John came to the lobby to talk to me. He sat down at eye level and educated me. I own a Mazda and normally take my car to the dealership. The level of customer service and technical expertise I received from John is just surreal. This is the person you would want to teach you that subject you were failing in highschool or college. John is an educator. This is the level of service that anyone out here should experience when you visit a service place. Thanks John for your excellent customer service and expertise.

I will never go there again. I went in for the $99 and ended up spending over $400. I can truly say that I got taken advantage of. The guy told me that, AFTER doing a routine inspection, my brake split and that legally they couldnt allow me to leave the site with the car in such bad condition. . I purchased a used car from a private owner, so I was unsure if the brakes had been changed or not. So faced with "certain death" if I didnt get my car repaired, I very reluctantly paid the money to get my car fixed. IT TOOK ALL NIGHT. As I go to leave, I can put the brake pedal to the floor and the car wouldnt stop. The guy tells me that its bc air in the line. Upon trying to leave, I almost collided with another car because I could not stop. NO BRAKES.The story that they gave me was that the brake fluid was out and that it had been out prior to them repairing my brakes, so it wasnt their fault. Needless to say that I will never ever go back and I dont encourage other to go their either.

This is my first car purchase. I have had my car for about year and I have been very nervous about who I take my car to. I found a groupon for Just Brakes to get an oil change. The workers there was so friendly to me and honestly that was the quickest oil change that I ever had! In about 30 minutes I was in and out. I found another groupon to my brakes serviced and I went to the same place because I was very pleased with my first visit. I didnt understand anything about brakes and what they were suppose to sound like, look like, etc. The worker that was helping me really took the time to explain to me what kind of brakes that I needed for my car and he even took me to the back to show me. I am very grateful that my brakes have a lifetime warranty! That makes me feel very secure!!! The customer service at this place is great! They could stand for an upgrade in the bathroom and waiting area but I will always go back here because of the exceptional customer service!!

I brought my car to this location in need of new brake pads and rotors (front only according to a quote I received elsewhere). They quoted me $650 on the phone but when my car was taken in they said I needed new brakes all the way around (fishy) and the price jumped to almost $1100! After negotiating, the price was brought down to $700 but my car was there for over 5 half hours (almost a full work day for me). Once I left and paid, my emergency brake light came on! I have a German car so perhaps it was just too difficult for them to fix. They then sent me to ANOTHER Just Brakes location (Howell Mill). The Howell Mill location seemed better equip to handle my issue and they had me in and out in 30 minutes. The manager at Howell Mill explained that the Cobb location did not have the proper equipment to fix my brakes and should not have begun working on them if they couldnt complete them. I will NOT be returning to this location.

HORRIBLE!!! NIGHTMARE!! I brought my car in to have it inspected and I was told that the rear brake pads needed to be replaced and that my rotors were fine. He told me to come in the following day to have it repaired. I brought my car in to have just the rear brake pads replaced and there was a different guy RON C. working who said he is the owner and that my car not only needs the rear brake pads fixed but also my rotor needed to be replaced as well. How do two guys working for the same company tell me two different things? I refused the rotor replacement service because it sounded ridiculous! He warned me that if I didnt replace my rotors that they would need to be replaced in 6 months. Thats BS because if my rotors are no good now, there is no way in H*** that they will last another 6 months. Im a hard working single mom and I do not appreciate crooks!!! I will NEVER return to this place ever again. BIG MISTAKE!!
