Jeff Morris automotive helped me out on short notice in a tremendous bind. I just moved up to Cincinnati from out of state and my 99 Tahoe with 271k miles on it broke down on the interstate early one weekday morning in the middle of a snow storm. This was my daily driver at the time and I absolutely had to have it to get to and from work. Since my truck was older (which had been well maintained by my mechanic back in my old residence), finding a mechanic that was trustworthy, thorough, did good work, and had fair prices was absolutely paramount to me. I did a quick search online while sitting on the side of the interstate and found Jeff Morris Auto which happened to be close to my house. I read the reviews on here and thought they were very good, so I decided to proceed with him. He managed to find the problem with my truck in the same day I had it towed to his shop, the fuel pump had gone out. He called and gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and gave me a quote before proceeding with the work (for which I gave him the go ahead). He was able to allocate the parts and perform the work in an expeditious manner. I was back on the road and back to work after only a day, quite pleased with his work. My truck also had to have a brake repair about 2 months later. Since hed done such good work, I returned to allow him to do this as well. Again, I was quite pleased with the cost and expeditious manner with which he handled the repairs. Jeff is an extremely friendly, genuine person in addition to be quite the adept mechanic. His excellent reputation on these reviews is well deserved. Should I have any other breakdowns, maintenance issues, or anything pertaining to my cars, I will without hesitation bring my problems to Jeff Morris Automotive.

I found Morris Automotive by accident when my car suddenly began making bad noises in the columbia/tusculum area. Little did I know it was a diamond in the rough and now the only mechanic I will go to in Cincinnati. Jeff is very straight forward and has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to fix my car for a more than fair price. He also took the time to make sure I understood what the problem was and what my options were on all work done. One time while on the highway my car started making a strange noise. I called the shop and asked for Jeff who talked me through possible issues and things I could check and then made an appointment for me the next morning. Great customer service and superior work from a trustworthy mechanicl! I recommend Morris Automotive to all my family and friends.

Jeff was great to work with. I had worn calipers that ruined my brakes and rotors/ He worked me into his schedule quickly, since it was a safety issue. Jeff communicated things promptly. I actually missed his initial call asking for the green light to purchase the parts for repair. Concerned he would be unable to fix the car before the end of the day without the parts, he went ahead and purchased everything he needed. The brakes and rotors were under warranty from another auto shop so I asked him not to replace them. He didnt charge me for the additional parts or time to return them. The price was very competitive and the value delivered was off the charts. Morris Automotive will definitely be my go to mechanic shop.

A good, knowledgeable, straight forward and trustworthy mechanic is hard to come by. Jeff at Morris Automotive is all of those things. He definitely lives up to all of their 5 star reviews. I went in for what I thought was a break problem on my CRV. It turns out they were fine. He could have easily made it into an issue and I wouldnt have been the wiser. Instead he took the time to look up the service history of my vehicle and after asking me if it was ok, replaced only what was recommended for the current mileage. He did the work for a fair price too. He was also super friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. I will definitely bring my car back to Morris Automotive the next time it needs servicing.

Wonderful Service! I called Morris Automotive in the afternoon with a car that couldnt start, asking if it would be possible to get it in and looked at that day. They were very flexible, and said if I got it in relatively soon, they would look at it before they left. After a series of events, I got my car started and drove it over to Morris. He made a couple suggestions for me to try some things, in hopes to avoid having to diagnose (and pay a diagnostic charge). Turns out, his suggestions were spot on, and we ended up just doing a tune-up! They were so flexible and were able to fit my tune-up in that day with the limited time that I gave them! I would highly recommend going to Morris Automotive!

I meant to write this review back in January after my repair so I apologize for the delay. I called to see about getting my exhaust replaced, Jeff told me he has a friend that did exhausts he could take the car to and gave me a quote for a much better price than the dealership I dealt with prior. Once there they find out the exhaust doesnt need replacing only repaired so they repair the exhaust and saved me more money than I expected. Overall Im satisfied with Morris automotive. Ive never dealt with another shop willing to take your vehicle to a shop that specializes in the repair you need for you. The service here is top notch.

I am unbelievably impressed by the service at Morris Automotive. I told Jeff my car was overheating, and within minutes he was inspecting my car in the parking lot and offered to drive it around to find the problem. The problem was leaky and severe low levels of antifreeze fluid and he topped me off right in the parking lot! I have never ever received this kind of service. I 100% will go back to Morris Automotive for future car issues, and I completely trust their advice and expertise. Being female, I am hesitant with car places, but I am so thoroughly impressed and I will absolutely recommend to all of my friends!!

Took a leap of faith from Gogglers suggestions and I am glad I did. My overall experience with Morris Automotive was fantastic. Jeff and his workers are all great people, they took great care of my 2006 Subaru Outback. The two times I went there they got my car back to me on the same day, even staying after-hours just to make sure they will keep their promise. Customer service was exceptional, always making sure I was satisfied and they were also super nice by giving me free rides both ways. Jeff was completely open and honest during the whole process, and would highly recommend to go to him with any inquiries.

Ive been trying to find a mechanic that I can trust with my classic station wagon for about 2 years. While I can do most maintenance myself, I wanted someone who could take car of the bigger jobs, but I wanted someone who knew what they were doing. Im so happy to have finally found Jeff. Hes extremely knowledgeable, honest, and has great prices. Its been such a relief to have someone who knows how to do the old-school things like set the timing, rebuild a carburetor, or the easier things like changing tie rod ends and center link. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone who wants honest work at honest prices!
