I was told it would cost about 21.00 a piece for the 8 screws I needed. He ordered them from Ellis audi in Norcross Georgia. they could not deliver. When I got there. I spoke to a Dave in the parts department. The price was differen then what I was being charged so I asked and was told they only charge 9.90 Dave said he gave the price but for some reason the aamoco manager was fishing for a higher price. When I went back the manager apoligized and promised to refund me the difference he never did. I had a car issue about four months later. So I went back to Aamoco hoping 1) I could get the promised refund as partial payment. I was told by Robert the new manager that Laymon was no longer there. I explained they had worked on my car before what happened. Once inspection was completed.The car needed a Housing outlet Robert called Orielly part store. He gave me a price of 179.00. By the way I had already called to check since what happened before. I told him it was high. So he called again and the price went higher. So he then stated the price was 259.99. I said that is incorrect the price was only 159.99. He then told me they gave me the dealers price. He persisted with that blatant lie! I said no he continued to disagree so I stated I would go pick it up and get the price I was quoted. I went to Oreillys spoke to theJose the employee who was speaking to Robert. He told me the price was 159.99. I questioned him about the higher price and he said Robert asked him for the original price. Jose said he told him that was 259.99 but that they do not charge that price to anyone. Jose said he kept saying that the 259.99 price is your normal price and the 159.99 is the dealers price right. Jose kept saying no knowing he was overcharge a customer. When Jose was on the phone with Robert I was in front of him at thats why he kept saying so I could here that. Jose did show me the dealers cost it was 129.99 and 69.99 depending on volume.Robert stated I can do what I want. Robert said he does not have to tell customers anything. I disagreed and stated you should not and cant lie to customers if your going to charge why are you lying about it. He just looked at me and again said he can do what he wants. Horrible business.

I recently had an issue with my 1995 manual Nissan pickup. What I thought to be an issue with my clutch turned out to be my transmission. They were able to diagnose the problem the same day that I dropped it off. The center manager, Laymon was very helpful as well as the entire staff. They had no problem with explaining and showing me the problem that was occurring inside of my transmission. The center manager was also very understandable as well as reasonable with pricing on the needed repairs and cost. Once the repairs were made, I had a slight issue with the vehicle not remaining engaged in 5th gear. I contacted Laymon, he instructed me to bring the vehicle by if the problem persist, which I soon did. The truck was left for inspection and repair. The repairs/adjustments were made in a timely manner, my truck was ready for pick up and functioning just as good as new with in a day or two. I would recommend the East Point AAMCO to anyone who wants quality and warrantied repairs as well as good customer service, they stand by their word and you wont be disappointed. Thank you Laymon and the entire East Point AAMCO staff!!!

I highly recommend you not bring your car into this location. Salesman was very unprofessional after having my car towed into replace transmission. After towing in he immediately ask was your credit status and how much money do you have saved in the bank. Really? After repair my car I had major issues. My car continued making noise that was not accuring before Aamco East Point Ga location worked on it. Took it back back because it is under 2 months warranty . This a used transmission that costed me $3100.00 . Same sale said I needed another problem fixed. Therfore I took my car to another professional mechanic to diagnose and fought out Aamco damaged my axles. Called this location back and they took the blame and only replaced 1 and they damaged both. Spoke with owner he was very unprofessional as well and suggested I bring my car back because it is under warranty still . Me personally dont have the faith that you are going to fix my car correctly now so Therfore I will be take legal actions to address my issues. I highly recommend you not use the private franchise Aamoco in East Point due to my previous experience.

I took my tahoe here for a complete transmission faliure. I read a few reviews about AAMCOs in general (not this specific location) and really did not know what to expect. I deal with a warranty company that can be anal and they were to pay for the most of the repair. AAMCO took their time with me and my warranty company to get the payment issue squared away. After that, a few days later, I had my baby back. They told me to bring it in free of charge for a transmission check up a couple weeks later for the to make sure their work was satisfactory and was holding up. Well I did that, and they checked it and everything was fine. So far, my truck is still rolling so the job got done great to me and it seems to me that my truck is quieter than before. Even though people told me to expect the worse just because my transmission went out, it seems to me that I was in good hands because it is driving better than it has been for a while. Thanks AAMCO!!

Overall, very good. I called in the morning and they said they could see my vehicle. I dropped my Mazda 5 off about 10:45 and initially was told it would be about 20 minutes to look at my brakes, but that took over an hour. However, the work was completed by 3:30 (only an hour after the estimated finish time) and they gave me a little discount due to the delays! Very competitive price even before the discount. Very nice, helpful office staff. I would recommend asking if they will call when the work is done. We had a small miscommunication about that. This location is about 2 blocks from a big park and little restaraunt/ice cream parlor/lotto place, so its pretty easy to entertain yourself and a kid for a few hours if need be. My car is running and now stopping the way it should.

I needed my front wheel bearings replaced so I took my car to them to have it done. BAD NEWS!!! I was told not to take my car to them and should have listened. After getting my car back it now vibrates when I hit 65 mph. I took my car back and told them what was happening and the mechanic left early due to food poisoning. I went back 2 days later and the mechanic said come back when its not raining. I went again the next day and he was out to lunch and I was told to come back in an hour. I returned an hour later and ironically he doesnt have time to check it. WHAT A JOKE OF A BUSINESS!! Is this how you treat your customers? Needless to say I will NEVER do business with them again! Ill go to a more reputable business next time.
