Women beware. Perhaps men too. We took my car in to check why it was leaking coolant. We dropped it off Saturday morning. They called a few hours later and said it was a hose leaking and that it was a special order from Hyundai. The hose was $90 plus labor for a total of $156. I okd the work and arranged to pick it up Monday after work. When we got it home we looked at where it had been leaking and the only thing they did was put a $2 clamp on the old hose. We called to ask where the new hose was at, and they said that it was under the intake, and that the mechanic did say he put a clamp on another hose. So we did some digging, had someone else look at it, and determined that there are no new hoses anywhere in that engine. They couldnt find the invoice for the part they ordered (we asked for the part number) and they didnt have time to look at it when we drove it back there Tuesday. They promised to call with the part number Wednesday after they talked to Charlie the mechanic who supposedly worked on it. Finally this morning (Friday) we drove it back to the shop to have them look at it since they couldnt find any paperwork for parts orders for it and they confirmed that there was no hose put on it and that they fired Charlie on Monday (yet they were waiting til he came in Wednesday to talk to him?!). They ended up refunding $100 of the $156, which is still a complete joke for the time and effort it took to put on a clamp. I would avoid at all costs.

Not happy had to go up there twice for same Problem got them to change oil and when I got it back it was leaking and never had before also needed two tires repaired they put used ones that was in worse shape I will never use again had to take to another shop only to find out lugs are missing

The owners themselves are well-meaning people but you can rest assured that unorganized, incompetent, and sometimes careless work will be done to your vehicle.

Id rather these people work on my car then some hispanic who rigs things and doesnt fix it. They take there time to find the problem and they fix it right.
