I have never had a worse car repair experience! If I could give zero stars I would. Kermit did not communicate with us at all. Even when he had to keep my car for several days after it was supposed to be done he did not bother to call and let us know. My car was returned with damage that was not there prior to it being in his possession. I called him about it and instead of taking responsibility for what happened he yelled at me about what a rough and busy day he had and how he "didnt need me calling him and whining". My car continues to leak transmission fluid and has had to be back to his shop 3 times. He have had to rent a car twice because of the warranty repairs that have been needed. Buyer beware!! Find a more reputable repair shop and dont risk it with this shop.

Rescue Nut

I was referred to the shop by a friend and Co worker Ive known for maney years. I Called Kermit (manger) ar Aamco and arranged to have my 2002 F-350 differential swapped out for aftermarket locker Kermit explained whole process in detail. They completed the job in 1 day and even found my shift linkage loose under dash board, He tightened it back up for me. Kermit also explained how to tighten back up myself if loosens up again. They were very professional !! I drove an hour to get there and plan on returning in spring to have my shift firmed up. I would refer this shop to anyone that wants the job done right the first time for a reasonable price. Thanks Tom and Kermit

Kermit is a great man! He stands by his work and his word! I had an issue with my rebuilt transmission that he and his team did. I brought it back and they worked to figure out the issue. I only wish more people would be of good character and stand by their word! Thanks for the great work! I was traveling through this part of the country and they took great care of me and my car!!

Joke fixed my trans 1 1/2 years ago not even 25,000 on it in doesnt even try to help or make a effort charges same price doesnt stand by his work I would give it a zero star if I could
