AWFUL customer service. They dont even deserve a one star...AWFUL. Went there to test the battery. An employee checked it for us & figured out what was wrong as he texted on his phone. Sending a quick text while outside didnt bother me as much as the other employee who asked us what the problem was with the vehicle when we asked for a warrenty search. He then procedided to say "thats not what I asked you" in a rude manner. Moving on past that, he continued to be rude and pretty much mocked us. After this Ill take myself somewhere who actually wants to do their job.

I was stranded on the highway several miles from this store. I walked all the way there at made it there at 9PM on the dot. Had the door closed in my face and was told to come back tomorrow. I tried to explain my situation and that all I needed was a coilpack for my car. The employee said "sorry. Were closed bud". I walked down to OReillys auto parts down the road and they kept the store open for a few minutes past closing time to make sure I had all the parts I needed to fix my car. I will no longer give my business to Autozone after being treated like that!

Helpful over the phone. Ordered a part for me & it came in the next day. Went to pick it up in the evening; 3 employees / guys just standing out front smoking & chatting. Walked right past them; inside, no one. I wait. Nothing. I walk to the back because I hear talking, but I find no one. Meanwhile, I can still hear the guys out front chatting, laughing, cutting up, and having a great time. I wait at the front counter watching them; the door was propped wide open. Finally a female employee emerges and gets my part. She had a great attitude.

Two stars for the selection and quickness of orders. Three stars off for the poor service. Ive gone in to this particular location here and there for the better part of 4 or 5 years now and Ive not once had good service. Phones and vapes always seem to be in employees hands. They also have an unwillingness to help unless told. Cost of hiring college age kids with no drive.

Ive gotten parts for my car here and its pretty good, there checkout computer took forever to check people out the last time I was there though (this happened many other times when i was there previously to) Im not sure if they have fixed it by now or not because I havent had to go back to it for months.

On occasion they have surprised me with good prices for parts I need... but then will not have something basic... like shock grommets. The staff has always been friendly enough and seemingly willing to help, so as a quick place to check something at lunch, they are quite alright.

Went in for bulb for turn signal and asked Girl working there, how to get to bulb assembly. She came out, I popped the hood and she says " I dont know". I said, ok Im going across the street to Slacks Auto. She said OK, bye. Ill never go back to auto zone
