They will pressure you into buying things you do not need and will do so maliciously. They said I needed the brakes changed on my car. They said if I didnt it would damage my car. In retrospect, I realize this was not true and a high pressure sales tactic because my brakes had been giving me no problems. The replacement brakes were terrible from day one and now my car squeaks constantly. I took them back in to show them how they squeak because they are supposed to give you a money back guarantee, but the technician tricked me into buying a new starter plug. I couldnt understand what he was saying due to an accent and turns out he was selling me a new starter plug, not fixing my brakes. Thats just outright trickery. They do a good job on the car wash, but after my experience I wouldnt even trust them to change my oil. Use at your own risk.

Knowledgeable and Friendly Staff, Check Fair Pricing, Check Professionalism, Check When you arrive you are greeted promptly, they perform a full safety check immediately, (lights, wipers) they always inform you of the exact price of the services you requested (oil change includes a free car wash), and they check all your fluids and filters, they even topped off my wiper fluid (and put air in my tires) without charging me for that. Theyll recommend additional services you might need, but wont pressure you to get them. 1 complaint I can think of is the parking lot itself, its a kinda cramped and if its your first time there, you might not know where to go, but thats a minor issue. I definitely recommend Diamond Autospa and Lube for those that would rather not make an oily mess in their own driveway.

Diamond auto care made a complete recovery by standing behind their work and ensuring that my vehicle was completely re-detailed. The manager contacted me immediately, handled the problem personally and worked on my timeline to guarantee the correct product is delivered. Will use again. Had an issue, was very disappointed and posted the ad below: WASTED MONEY. $179.95 interior and exterior detail - advertised as the best service they can offer. There is absolutely no way the result is worth anything more than $45-$55 at best. Not a chance I will return for even a lower value service; they were closing down for the day and didnt have the opportunity to talk to anyone, I was given my key and went out to find my car on my own. Im still fuming at this wasted money. Terrible job executing this service and horrible customer service.

First off the staff I dealt with were rude and patronizing. I called at 9:49am and asked if I needed an appointment to have a star in my windshield looked at and repaired. I got there at 10:03. I was then told that I needed an appointment. I told them I had just called and was told that I did not need an appointment. They came back after talking to whomever and said that I could go have some breakfast and come back. The worker then proceeded to let me know that I couldnt expect to be put in front of everyone else and the other things they were doing. At that point I was done. I did NOT expect to be placed in front of anyone. This could have been avoided if they had simply told me I needed an appointment. I will be paying more to have it repaired but the customer service experience is worth the extra cost to me.

I have been using Diamond Auto Spa since 2009 for both my wifes vehicles and mine and recently have become very disappointed in them. I had a headlight issue on my BMW 3 series and the mechanic there repaired it 1 time at a charge, then the same issue the second time he fixed for free and again the 3rd time for free. Then the exact issue came up again and I was becoming furious so I took it to him and was told in response, oh Ill have to charge you this time for a connector to fix it, so with my history and trust in this place I said go for it, I gave the serial number to him so he could get the parts and just like that no more communication. So I took my car somewhere else and they fixed it with ease. Sad to say after all these years my wife nor me will be back at that place.

My wife and I rushed to wash both of our cars after getting back from vacation. We arrived today just before closing time. My wife went first with no problem. I was rushing in the car wash and pressed the gas as I was entering the car wash. Heard a loud noise which was a busted front tire of my Acura. From that point on, Chad helped me. He apologized, when it was actually my fault. He replaced the spare tire after closing time. He never rushed because of the time. I told him I think the tire will be replaced under warranty. Wal-Mart replaced tire under warranty. I work in customer service and felt Chad made this customer want to come back. Thank you Chad for all your help.

Do not use this place for repairs. I paid almost $900 to have my ball joints and bearings replaced. They never told me the parts would only warrantied for one year. They basically put very low quality parts while charging higher prices. A job like this should last more than a couple years at least. I discovered this after taking my car to a real mechanic. Do not waste your time or money here. They "sell" repair jobs, especially to women who come in for oil changes. Johnny, the "mechanic" is dishonest and a total sales person.

The Manager, Kevin, provides great customer service. We have used him at 2 different locations and continue to go to Diamond because of the customer service and the good quality of work. Kevin makes sure that we are provided with a great product and is very friendly and professional. We also had window tinting done on 3 cars and they did a great job and provided a life time warranty. I highly recommend Diamond services.

Usually good service but today not so much. Car wash stopped in middle for about 5 minutes with cleaning straps resting on my hood. After hood covered with marks the they claimed they could not get out without stripping and then waxing by hand. A 4 hour job and charged $250 . Not a happy customer but was stuck because my white car was now a mess. Not impress with manager and his attitude or customer service !!!!

Johnathan was my window tint person. He did a great job on my car. He met all my standards for quality.I liked the fact that when i arrived to pick up my car he took all the time he needed to make sure i understood what i could do and not do. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. This was the second vehicle he has done for me. He will do all my future cars as well..... Thank you. Great job

Would give this zero stars if I could. Up charged for an SUV but did not tell me until after the wash started. Paid for Rain-X - surprise! No rain-x, which I found out in the middle of a downpour. Quickly wiped down the dash and ignored the rest of the interior. Also, geniuses locked my keys in the car. Talked down to me when I called them on the poor service, will be calling the BBB.
