I have been here a couple times. The first time was a disaster because I spent all day here after I was very clear about what I wanted & the The person working on my hair was not very knowledgeable, the manager had to step in eventually after several hours of bleaching with a very low volume on dark hair that didnt work. That day I spent all day there almost open to close... The final result was very pretty. The second time I went there and asked for just face frame highlights. Having dark hair and having been there before I had the salon manager work on my hair thinking that this time would be perfectly fine; however this was not the case. My hair in the front was the color of orange straw it looked AWFUL (I wore a hat the entire week!). and on top of that the salon manager was perfectly OK to have me leave the salon after I told her I was not OK with this... due to this awful tragedy I had to go back a week later because apparently she didnt have enough time to fix the mess that she made. I would never go back to the salon even if my hair was to be done for free. The hassle of having to go back and dealing with sorry attitudes was a dealbreaker for me. A. Week later when I had to go back, I asked the salon manager why the hair was processed differently than it was the first time if they were trying to achieve the same result she rudely said to me that I needed to use a harsher colorline on my hair. All she had to do was repeat the same process on my hair using heat that she did the first time which this time she had claimed that the salon does not use that method and Im thinking to myself well you did the first time and looked wonderful. I would give this salon 2 stars due to the simple fact that it is overpriced for such basic service any average salon could provide.

Though I am certain the ability is there, I think customer service completely outweighs the cut/color. After almost 4 hours in the chair, yes he was busy, I was completely ready to go. I left in a huff and was called the next day to alert me to the price increase...$85 to $125...quite a jump. I made my next appointment anyways because as I said the ability is there...after making the necessary arrangements for a working mom of 3, I received a call 2 hours before my appointment that he was too uncomfortable to cut my hair again after the last incident...very unprofessional. I am happy that I found Matt, a FORMER salon pure stylist, at his new awesome facility.

My appointment for haircut and highlights was with Nadine Aberdeen. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nadine and her work! My highlights are so beautiful I feel like I could be on the cover of a magazine about celebrities. My cut was done with such attention and precision and is therefore so easy for me to style at home. As for Nadine, she always has a beautiful smile on her face and is genuinely happy with everyone. I look forward to my appointments with her because she makes me feel so special! I see myself being her client for many years to come! Wonderful!!

I have been going to Salon Pure for a few months now, and all I have to say are good things. Lauren is my stylist and she is GREAT!! She is a sweet girl with an amazing personality and true natural ability for doing hair. I have only been having my hair colored for a few years now, but Laurens coloring is the best I have ever had done anywhere. The salon itself is impressive looking, yet very inviting. Everyone that works there is always very nice and helpful. I have been looking for quite a while for a new salon, and I finally found it!! :)

Wow. The worst customer service I have ever had. This is a service industry, so my hair stylist dyes my hair black, 4 shades darker than I wanted. I called up there 4 times in 2 days asking to speak with her about fixing my hair. No response after leaving two messages. Call to speak to the manager, no response. My hair is still messed up, Im dissatisfied, and their unprofessional attitude is ruining their business.

I was pampered by Patrick and Lindsey ( his shadow) and they were both awesome! My hair cut and color was just what I wanted . He is a complete perfectionist and super detailed in the best way possible. Its very rare to find a hair stylist that is perfect the first time ;) Between the hand massage, hot stone neck wrap and beverage bar it is the perfect way to spend your day. I cant wait to go back!

I am so happy to have fount MATT and Salon Pure. I love the product and it took me quite some time to find a stylist who can cut and color like the best of the pros out there. Everyone is very friendly and they look like they really enjoy their work. Would HIGHLY recommend it. Not only that they are in Flowery Branch minutes from where I live. Cannot get any better than that. Good Job guys!

I see Matt, the first time I must say I was a little nervous, but he did a fantastic job! Now I wont see anyone else! I have been going to SalonPure for almost one year now, my hair has never looked better! The staff is always professional. I have been to a lot of salons in the last five years and this salon and Matt is by far the best! Thank you Matt!

Went in a complete mess and came out feeling and looking great. The people were so nice. Emily ( the blonde one )cut and styled my hair and did an excellent job. I also got my eyebrows and makeup done by Wanda who actually took the time to shape my brows according to my face. Left there completely satisfied. Definitely will be going back!

Brittany is awesome but the real reason I continue to go back is the scalp massages. If you have never experienced one, you should try it. No matter who does it, its well worth my weekly trip down there. The staff is on top of their game and makes every visit a pleasure. Highly recommend Salon Pure.
