The gentleman who was working the front office was rude and not helpful at all. I called the evening before and spoke to a gentleman asking if I could bring in my car and have the belts checked on because they are squilling really bad. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was really nice and said I could bring it in on my lunch break to be looked at. I just needed a quote. I gave him my name and said I would be there at 11am. When I came in the gentleman who was in the front office was talking with what I assumed was another customer who was just waiting or hanging out. I stood there for a few minutes before even being acknowledged. When I was finally spoken to, I explain that I called the afternoon before and was told I could bring in my car to have the belts looked at to see if they needed to be changed. The man said, Well your car is going to have to be left. I told him I was on my lunch break and that it was just me. Meaning, I had no way of leaving my car. He just flatly looked at me and said Youll just have to bring it back. The man didnt smile once. Was not even willing to explain why it should be left. Just "leave the car or come back". His attitude was not friendly or kind. He clearly was annoyed that I was even there to begin with. I said ok and left. I will never go to them for my business again, Especially when I was a first time customer looking for a mechanic I could trust and use.

When my wife and I moved here a year ago we took our cars here a few times and in the last few months it has come to my attention the lack of detail and service that was done to our cars. There were a few things missed that I even specifically asked them to look at. I have not gone back since, the staff is great but I think they are just not as great as other places in town.

Mr. Gordon has always done a great job for me at fair prices. He is usually half what dealerships ask for the same work. Does whats necessary and doesnt try to hardsell you on things that arent necessary. Been using Gordons for 10 years now.

Brian and Deborah have been repairing my vehicles for years. They are honest and fair and will fix what is wrong. If nothing is wrong, they will tell me that. I recommend them strongly.
