First & foremost....ASAPs manager is named Michael and one of the techs (the guy who worked on my car) is named Caleb. You kind of have to question the "reviews" that they posted. They sound more like a advertisement. Heres my tale of disappointment.. July 19 2011 I brought my 2007 Kia Sedona (that was still under warranty) to ASAP for a routine transmission flush & refill service. When I arrived, I asked the tech, Caleb if he had the correct fluid. After a few minutes of checking, he advised me that he did. 1 hour & $100.00 later I was on my way. Ten days later I had a major transmission failure, I brought the van to Carriage KIA in Gainesville, GA. After checking the codes & the fluid, which had turned a dark grey to black color, I was advised that I needed a new transmission. I showed the ASAP receipt to the KIA service manager who advised me after reading the invoice that the incorrect fluid was used and therefore voided the manufacturers warranty. After waiting ten days for ASAP to do something for me (as of 8-18-11 they have done nothing) I had no recourse but to have the transmission replaced by KIA. I have shown ASAP the owners manual as well as the service manual from KIA. that clearly states what the correct fluid is. Their invoice clearly states that they used the wrong fluid. KIA, at their expense had the bad fluid tested by an independent lab to compare with the new fluid...The viscosity level was more than 30% less of where it should have been. Unless ASAP comes up with the $2000.00 for the cost of a new transmission, I will go out of my way to tell everyone I know about this issue & how they have stuck their heads in the sand to not deal with this. I am very involved with the community within the schools, organized sports and dancing. I will not cease telling everyone I meet exactly what has transpired. I have learned a valuable lesson here. Although I only went to ASAP because I was in the area with some time to kill, I will only let the dealer touch my vehicle in the future. you might spend a few extra bucks going to the dealer & it may even be out of your way but you certainly wont get jerked around like I have been. I will update later as to the final result with ASAP. They have chosen to stick me with a $2,000.00 bill. For that I will sue them. It will cost them more than the the 2gs just to defend themselves, not to mention the lost business they will incur as a result of their lack of willingness to deal with the problem that they created. Am I an angry customer? Nope...IM AN ANGRY FORMER CUSTOMER. I dont believe they were malicious when this happened, just uninformed. They purchase the fluid and the computer software from a second party that gave them the wrong information. Mistakes happen in business all the time. Its how well these mistakes are dealt with that truly determines a good business from a bad one. I will update at a later time. If ASAP steps up and reimburses me for the cost of the new transmission I will gladly update & advise.

I have an older Mazda with a foot long antennae on the back end of the roof of my car. Every time I go here I have to ask them at least twice to take off my antennae before putting my car through the wash. This time, I went in and asked the receptionist if they knew to take my antennae off and she replied yes and went outside to make sure. 5 minutes later I saw my car in the car wash- antennae still attached bending to the point of almost breaking off. I went and told the lady that the antennae was still on and she went outside. She came back in ten minutes later and did not say a word to me. I did not receive an apology nor a confirmation that my antennae was ok. Luckily, my radio still works. The car wash was half done and I had to remind them to do my trunk. I usually take my car here to get the oil changed and a car wash because they are usually pretty fast about it, but it seems as though Im going to have to switch to a different company and take my money elsewhere.

I took my car here yesterday to clean up a small spill on the floor of my car. $57 later the car still stinks. The guy told me to do the deodorizer, and I got the spot shampoo cleaned, and I had to have a car wash if I wanted the carpet shampooed. I drove it home and noticed they didnt wipe down any of the interior or cup holders and after the chemical smell was gone from the deodorizer the car didnt smell any better! I went back up today and ask for a refund. Reluctantly they gave me back the $31 and they were going to shampoo the carpets again, but I told them no. I didnt want anything else done to my car. Melissa at first was nice about the situation but when I told her I was going back to Cactus where I get great service she was a little rude with her comment! Wont go back, beware!!

I paid $150 for $12 worth of a typical car wash. I brought my car in and was told they needed 6 hours (I dropped it off at 9:30 and told 4pm earliest). Dont know what they did during that time but they didnt detail my car. The wheels were dirty, bugs still on the front bumper, obvious marks that I got off by rubbing spit on my finger and rubbing. If I paid $12 for the machine quick wash I would have gotten the same exterior results. Yes, they shampooed the interior but obvious dirt spots remained on the tan colored leather seats. I wiped those off to. I took it home and actually had to vacuum the back carpet between the seats. Center console area was vacuumed out but not wiped to get the minor coke spill. Seriously??? NEVER AGAIN will I go there. Im done.

I live just a few minutes away from ASAP, and have been living in the area for many years. They offer the most thorough and friendly oil change in the area, as well as being extremely efficient with time. Caleb, who normally greets me every visit, is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He, as well as the rest of the staff, make me feel completely at ease with my car in their shop! Not only is their oil change superb, but, their car wash is top notch as well. They have a deluxe wash that cleans the inside and out with all the bells and whistles for about 17 dollars with the oil change. All in all, I could not be more satisfied with the service and environment at ASAP!

ASAP Auto Care.... Keep away from ever doing business with this company. After being a customer for many years what HAPPENS...messed up my car to the tune of over $500 cant even change a simple wiper blades with out breaking my wiper transmission, arms, lost bolt cover then covering it all up with duck tape telling me it came in that way! BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. Mounting complaints from BBB, Yahoo, Google, Kudzu speak for themselves, word of mouth travels fast!!
