This location used to be reliable with information and welcoming. I have been going here for years, since Ive gotten my first car. I have to say Im dissapointed in the service lately. The closing crew is great. The day crew, however, seem to be uninterested, short, and not as personable as they used to be. Ive gotten sold the incorrect item. Another gentleman acted as if he did not want to check my battery. He even helped two customers that came in behind me before even offering me assitance. Ive gotten better service at night within 15 minutes of them closing than I have coming in the afternoons and there are 4 staffed. Although I truly like one of the managers and one other gentlemans customer service, I will be taking all my cars down the street to Advanced. The lack of care and laziness that has been delivered recently has reached its peak for me.
