ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! 1st mistake=We took our vehicle (Honda Pilot) to Elite- to have our brake pads replaced. 2nd mistake=We returned to Elite- due to vibrations in the brake pedal and squeaky brakes. The staff test drove the vehicle and said they could not find the issue. I had to ride with the owner of the store to help him identify that there was an issue with the vehicle. Shop attempted to fix the issue by spinning the back rotors, which tore them up to the point that the new recommendation was to replace the rotors. Of course, they did not say they tore up the rotors. For some reason, this was not an issue when they replaced the pads. I would think they would have seen that issue initially. I finally asked the owner for a refund on the labor because the problem was becoming progressively worse. The shop had screwed this job up and I wanted to take my car somewhere else. The owner became defensive and made negative accusations as to how I perform my own job. The man does not even know me. I was shocked! He did not refund me for the full price of the labor. I thought he had, but I did not have the receipt with me when I asked him. 3rd and final mistake- I took him on his word that he was refunding me for the labor. Needless to say, I had to take our Honda into another shop and spend more money to have them fix what this unprofessional shop butchered. And by the way, Mr. shop owner of Elite, it is recommended by competent shops to replace brakes on a Honda with factory Honda pads, not those cheap pads that you say are the way to go after 20 years in the business.

Stay away! This man told us he would do spark plugs, an oil change, a blower motor and resistor in our 2004 Toyota 4 Runner for $545.00 out the door and he would take care of the tax. We picked up our Toyota and it was $554.00 - they never did the oil change or spark plugs and said there was a miscommunication and said it would be an additional $300.00 for the oil change and spark plugs. We were crystal clear on the work to be done and verified the out the door price. Elite made absolutely no effort to remedy the situation. They have lost a new customer and we have told our friends that take their vehicles there about this situation and none of us will return. BEWARE - JUST READ ANOTHER BAD REVIEW OF THIS SHOP - STAY CLEAR OF THIS CROOK!

This business is located in a very non assuming building. The Customer waiting area is very clean, with comfortable seating and very well air conditioned. The owner of the business could not be any more friendly. The tech working on my vehicle was also friendly and knowledgeable. Their price for the repair was extremely, generously low. A lot lower than a quote I received from a franchised Toyota dealership. I brought my daughters car to Elite because of the great work they did the first time. They replaced a radiator on her 2007 Toyota and worked on the power steering system. Im extremeloy pleased with the quality of work done and the very professional manner in which I was treated. They are now considered "MY GUY".

When i had an emergency i actually got stuck coming here, and there were so friendly made jokes made you feel really comfortable. I actually paid 2,700 to replace my engine asking if there was anything else wrong i needed to fix of cousre they answered no. It actually took thm 3 more weeks than estimated to fix it and then it broke down 3 months later. My regular mechanic says there is more than 8 diffrent problems with the car. So yes its not worth it to stop here even for a quote. Im absolutely devastated they would just take my money like that. Honesty they dont even deserve one star.

I recently had a clutch replaced at Elite Auto Service in Flowery Branch. Tim was very good to understand what kind of work and parts that I wanted to do a great job on my Jeep. The work was more involved that originally expected (no fault of Elite) and the mechanic explained the issue completely and allowed me to see first hand the issue. This was my first experience with Elite and I will return. Thanks for the great service.

Had upper and lower ball jointed .also had bushings replace replaced . Had tire ware problems 7 months later. Lost brake calaber bolt two weeks after repair. Now I find out that they did not replace all of the bushAlsothe the bolts they used on the upper ball joints are lose and the control arebolts are looser also. I would not recommend. This place at all.

Would recommend!!! We have a 10 year old 4-Runner that still runs great! This car has been serviced by this shop several times. The owners and mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly. We were given a quote for the same repair from the Toyota dealership that was twice as much. We have nothing but positive comments for them!

We needed our brakes bled on our truck and we were in a time crunch to get it done . We had called around to a couple of shops but no one was able to take us right away until we called Elite Auto Service & Repair. They were able to take us as soon as they opened and had us on our way in no time. Thank you

Updated post ,hired a new technician and boy hes top notch,had my car at 3 places and nobody could figure it out ,this guy had my a.c. fixed in 2 hours,it had a bad relay .It cost me 30 dollars.Glad there is someone close to my house that can fix my car,kudos to the owner good job man.

Never go here!!! They lost the keys and remote to my car, then expeced me to do all they legwork to get them replaced and have the new remote programmed. They did pay for it, but I had to drive back and forth to the dealership to get it done. Completely worthless shop.

Had my car in for repairs after the dealership tried to charge me 4500 dollars,these guys did it for half the price.Tim the owner and Shawn his master technician took the time to explain everything and got the work done same day .Very satisfied and highly recommend .

They quoted me a tune up for $645. I felt as though he didnt realize that I know what it needed, the cost of parts, or that I knew anything.I suppose he thought $500 for labor was a great deal,for him. Dont go

These guys wanted to charge me $320 to fix my MAF Sensor!!!!!! The part itself is actually $100, but the guy tells me its$160 for both the part and labor. They want me to pay $160 to unscrew 4 screws WTF!
