I was referred to Phenomenal Auto by a friend since I needed some help with an issue I was having with my car. Since I am a woman, I was a little worried because most auto repair shops, they ;like to take advantage of the fact that we are women. So I took it there because I heard a loud rattling sound underneath my hood. I arrived a and was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. They were very pleasant and I really liked that. When I spoke with the owner to let him know what was going on he went to check underneath my hood....and to find out my compressor fell and that was making the noise. I was so very upset because I knew that I was going to come out of pocket quite a bit, but he gave me the estimate and worked on it the same week. He did a great job with my car and really had no major issues since. I would really refer different individuals there. He did not try to take advantage by quoting anything out of this world, it was reasonable I am really glad I was referred there. Thank You so much Phenomenal Auto!!!!!!!!

Good service very honest people!!!!!!. I took my car to a reputable car dealer, I own a 2005 BMW 328 i,they charge me $150.00 just to look at my car just to tell me that the ECM { engine control module} needs to be replace it will cost me $2598.78 parts and labor. My girl friend told me about phenomenal and this guy named Vick. to make the story short we towed the car to his shop; he did a FREE diagnostic and 2 days later my BMW was running like a brand new car the problem was just a short in the wiring harness, that just cost me $289.00. This is a place that I would recommend to everyone. By the way they sell used cars also. THANK YOU VICK !!!!

Out of all the mechanics in the Gwinnett and Walton county area there are none that can compare to Phenominal Auto. The customer service is first class. Vick makes sure you get a speedy repair at the lowest price possible. I dont allow anyone else to work on my car except him. When my co-workers at Grayson high school have car problems I refer them to Vick and he takes care of them. When my brother need a new engine, I referred him to Vick and within the week his car was back on the road for about half the price other repair shops would charge. His service is trully Phenominal!!!!

I was having trouble with my 1995 Geo Metro. It wouldnt start, so I had the car towed into Vicks shop. I was afraid it might have been the fuel pump. He looked it over, and apparently it was flooded. He called me to pick it up and charged me nothing. Vick is an outstanding character who is honest and fair which are qualities hard to come by these days. Overall, I have a new friend. I recommend Phenomenal Auto to everyone. Its my new home for auto repair! Thanks Vick!!

My AC went out in my car (in the middle of July !), and I found Phenomenal Auto Center through a Google search. My husband took the car over there, Vic diagnosed the problem, set up a quick appointment, and everything was handled within a couple of days! It was ready when he promised, and I have very cold air again!! Mr. Victome could not have been more helpful, professional, and courteous. So thankful we found him!

I had to have my alternator replaced and they worked with me on getting my car to the shop and got it done in a timely manner. They were very nice and professional. I would use then again. A couple weeks after they did the repairs I got a letter thanking me for my business. I thought this was such a nice touch because most places do not do this.

My daughter needed air conditioner work done and was limited on funds. Vick worked with us and found the hard to aquire parts (Saturn Wagon) for her and put everything together for a very affordable price. We are grateful for all the extra time, effort, and hard work he did for us. I would recommend his shop to friends and family.

This repair shop has great customer service. I bought a Kia Optima from Phenomenal auto repair and he has worked with me to get any small issues with it worked out so my car runs well. I would definitely recommend them as a source for repairs or purchase of a vehicle

Excellent customer service and fair! I am new to the area and had some issues starting my car. I had the car towed here and when it arrived the car started up fine. They checked it out and didnt charge me for the time they spent.
