I went in to get my tires changed and to see if anything else needed to be fixed/updated for my car. I am a girl and it is clear that I dont know much about cars. Other people have tried to get me to pay for things I didnt need for my car, but the salespeople (Sunil Singh) here were honest with me. They worked with me to figure out what I needed and what I could afford. They told when in the future I would need work done. They were friendly and not pushy at all. They even called while changing my tires to let me know how my car was doing and give me a general inspection of it. I am really happy with it. I will definitely be going back.

We took our chrystler sebring in last week because the brakes were squeeking sometimes. We had just purchased the car used two days before so we did not know its history. They looked at the brakes and called us and told us that the pads do not need to be replaced unless we just want to. They said that the set in there now are just cheap ones and unless we just wanted to replace them we didnt need to. How many places tell you that and dont just not say anything and replace them anyway. All I can say is wow! Great!

Scam artists! I recently went to get routine maintenance. Later the rep states I need $700 worth of brake work. Really? Later he comes to me a second time to claim that its a necessity and needs be resolved asap. Luckily I never trust body shops and have a personal mechanic. He did great work and only charged $150. Wow!! Always get a second opinion! Thanks for your trying to take advantage plus!!

Never going back there. Had an appointment with them to get the transmission fluid changed asked if I could wait or should I get a ride. They said they would have it done in an hour. So I get there at 2:30 and i wait at 4:00 I was told it would be another hour and a half before they could start working on it, I could make another appointment if I wanted to. So I left.

How many service stations do you trust? This place is reliable and can service most makes and models. They are honest and do good work. The dealership gave me a huge estimate and told me I needed new brakes. Tires Plus told me my brakes are fine and this isnt the first time they have saved me money. Im a loyal customer!

We took our vehicle in to have the rear tires replaced. When they called to ask about fixing something else they didnt bother to ask if they guessed right on which tires to replace because when we got there they had replaced the front tires and proceeded to tell us their policy was to replace the ones with the worst tread.

Made appointment in advance. After 40 min noticed that my car was sitting in parking lot untouched. Asked for superviser to explain the situation. He wasnt helpful at all. Finally they pulled my car in service and finished everything so fast so im worry if they really did a good job or not.

Went to get a simple oil change. Every employee was sitting around, not a single car being worked on. They said they werent servicing anymore cars today because they close in 20 minutes. My husband said it takes less than 20 minutes and they replied yeah, but were done for the day.

I was going to have them put a tire I had that was good on a wheel for my car they sed they dont put used tire on wheels. That would have to buy a new one. I would not take my car there for anything at all.

Generally helpful for the services needed. Place is usually busy if you are just stopping by to have routine maintenance done so I would call in advance. Fair prices on tires and oil changes.

The customer service agent was rude. I came in and she said what do you want, I said an oil change please she said I cant get to it I close in twenty minutes nothing I can do to help you.

They left my fuel filter loose. I had to go back to get them to correct. 2 days later I found the sensor to the filter unplugged.
