We have always had prompt service and timely repairs done at Tuffy of Fenton. In the ten years that weve lived in the area and used Tuffy we have never returned having to fix the same issue twice. One particular small shop in the area said they had checked over my car, a foreign model, and told me the engine was dead. At the time I knew this to be very wrong since I drove it up there and drove it home. Im fairly certain since it was a foreign model they didnt care or want to really look into it, after a week and half of it being at their shop. I called ahead and drove it to Tuffy. The problem was a timing belt replacement was needed. It was this experience in the beginning that pretty much solidified my trust in Tuffy, and to stay away from small shops.

After feeling like every mechanic was out to take advantage of me and rip me off, I decided to try the Tuffy center on Owen road. I received excellent service for a fair price, and have been taking my cars to them ever since (Over two years now). Steve is a very honorable and honest guy, and gives it to me straight and true every time. When I took my car in for some wheel assemble work, he did the work and after driving the car, realized it needed another part, so he did the extra work free of charge! This blew my mind, as every other mechanic Ive ever dealt with not only charged for every penny they could, but often severely overcharged. For quality work and honest friendly service, Fenton Tuffy is the place to go!

THINK TWICE ABOUT PATRONIZING THIS BUSINESS. I went to this business and asked for a free brake inspection. They told me I needed FRONT brakes. For some reason I felt uncomfortable giving them the approval to do the work, and then I went to another business. The second business I went to told me I needed BACK breaks and PROVED TO ME THAT I DID NOT NEED THE FRONT LIKE TUFFY SAID BY "SHOWING ME." I am sooooooo grateful I did NOT use this business because my brakes were squeeling when I enetered this facility and I would have left with them squeeling. My brakes are fixed (the proper ones) FROM ANOTHER FACILITY and I did NOT have to suffer the horrible consequences had I utilized this facility.

I had my brakes inspected Saturday at a local Chrysler dealer. I was told they were like new. I noticed a Very bad grinding noise yesterday , 3 days later. I drive over 100 miles a day. I called in a panic and spoke to Chad the service manager. What a knowledgeable great guy. I went in at lunch noon , left by 130 brakes repaired for a great price and better warranty. I have never been to a Tuffy before and Im new to this area. I do have an automotive background and can tell Chad is an honest man. Thank you very much for fixing my car so fast. I called the dealer yesterday still havent heard anything from them. a couple hours after speaking to Chad Im at home writing this review A++++++

Service, as always, was fast and professional. I have been using thisTuffy location for 15+ years for shocks, struts, tune ups etc. When and if there has been a problem or a warranted part that wore out, the problem was resolved at no cost or just labor to install the warranted parts that have worn out. Using such good service I have been able to keep vehichles for 10+ years and usually 200,000 miles! The warrante work on suspension parts is critical for someone like me that likes on dirt roads! This is also where I send friends and associates for honest, dependable work.

I drive 80+ miles per day and my business depends upon me being there, no excuses. I count on my vehicle (300K mi plus) to get me there every day. And it does. My wife drives almost as much again for her work. Dont waste your time going anywhere else! I have dealt with these people for over 10 years now and have never had a problem. Everything from AC to engines and exhaust They have worked on six of my 4WD vehicles over the years and nobody else touches any of my cars. Fixed right the first time! Shout out to Tony!!!

Absolutely, the best service we have ever received! While visiting the area we ran into major truck problems that stranded us an hour from home. The manager, Chad, and his staff went to great lengths to assess the problem and secure transportation for us to get home. He was able to fix the problem rapidly, saving us from taking it to the dealership. I cannot state it enough that the service we received was by far the best weve ever received!

Always hard to know what happens behind the garage doors at any repair shop, but I have confidence in the team at Tuffy to deliver only the service needed, to consult with me on strategies for keeping several high mileage vehicles running, and price their services competively. They finished recent work as planned and offered to accomodate my temporary transportation needs. Thanks all.

I came in to get my car fixed with a $700.00 estimate. I picked it up and they said the total will only be 95.00. They found just a small repair fixed it without needing the others. Honest people like these will always get my business. They worked on the prices of other repairs to help me out with other cars. Good people. Its about the people there not the name ruddy.

When we take our cars and trucks there we get the best service from Tony & Mike.They always have a smile & if they cant fined the problem they will go out of there way to help you.The place is clean.I believe they give you the best deals in town on alot of stuff.They put there customers first. While on my way up North had car trouble and got off the hwy in Fenton... Searched on my Droid for a mechanic and found Tuffy... The manager himself came out and diagnosed the problem and said they could get the part and get me goin, even snuck me in ahead of others... I was on my way in 90 minutes and was GLAD to pay $112 for the prompt and friendly service!

Also they kept me up to date all day and worked around our price that we could spend. Thanks to all the guys at tuffy I will be coming back to you for many times to come. Becky - 1 week ago. I was a bit hesitant since I hadnt been to Tuffy in the past but Steve was very nice. As far as the price for the work they did, I believe it was a fair price but I really didnt know. The majority of people that came in while I was waiting seemed to know Steve and trusted his work so I believe I did good.

Tuffy in Fenton has been my number one auto service center ever since I moved to Fenton 6 years ago. They are honest and trustworthy as well as friendly.
