The people are friendly and the service is efficient. I had my air conditioning in my car fixed, and finding a place with the right pipe for my not-so-new car took persistence making calls on the part of Tuffy. The recharge and installment of the new pipe all happened within 3 hours. The assistant manager, Dan, was especially helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended!

So my wife was heading to her sisters house in Fenton when she lost power to her brakes. 500 miles from home she stopped at Tuffy for help. Chad and Scott repaired the brakes and got my wife back on the road. Didnt take advantage of a damsel in distress. A price so fair I dont want to post. Thank goodness for honest friendly people like Chad and Scott at Tuffy.

Had a gasket replaced between two parts of exhaust. I was charged for an hour of labor for a 10-15 minute job - no torching of bolts even. I brought up the discrepancy in charged and actual time with manager and was still charged the full hour. I will never go back to this rip-off place.
