This place is terrible I went for a low beam headlight to be changed and I was there over an hour the man at the front desk was very unprofessional listening to music and on the computer the whole time I was there. I had to ask what was taking soo long finally they told me they did not have the light bulb and had to go out and get it. If someone would have given me an update that would have been appreciated. I told the man at that time I had a bulb in my car (was planning on changing it myself) an he ignored me and continued to walk away. I came with my car driving fine and left with all of my lights going off and my car stalled out several times. The rpm are not right they will not go to zero even when in parked and not moving!!! I pulled over into a parking lot and called them up I was speaking with the owner and he said he did nothing!! An if I wanted them to look at it he was going to charge me 75$!!!! I could not believe after waiting that long and after how rude they all were that he was going to charge me. They had told me earlier it wouldnt cost anything but now it was 75$. Well needless to say they wont even fix what they might have broke they are rude and inconsiderate. I mentioned they might have hit a wire I do drive a foreign car. He would not listen and spoke extremely poorly to me. I will not be going there ever again and I would NEVER suggest this place to anyone! If you want to have good work done I would keep your options open for any place but this one. Most other places would at least look at your car if the possibilities were there, an I did my research and called a dealer and asked it it were possible an then said it could have easily have happened.

We brought a car in with a broken headlight due to a collision with a deer. We received fast service, which was appreciated, but they only replaced the turn signal- not the lightbulb! Now why would we just want the outside fixed? If you go here I guess you have to point out every single thing that needs to be done. When I go to an auto center, I expect them to be the professionals and tell me what is wrong with the car. Now they want to charge us extra to come back in so they can replace the bulb. We will NOT be returning there for service.

It is hard to find a car repair shop that is honest and fair. I have been happy with the repairs done by US23 and recommend them to anyone needing car repairs. They have in all but 1 case addressed my car the same day. I feel comfortable dropping my vehicle off the night before and leaving the keys in the "mail" drop. The mechanics will tell you what has to be done and what can wait until a later date, which is appreciated when dealing with an older car that you dont want to invest a lot in at one time.

I called about 5:15 on a Wednesday to try and get a quote on getting an alternator changed out. I was given a fair estimate and brought my car in 8:00 the next morning. The quote they gave me was spot on and my car was done less than 2 hours later. The shop has fair prices, and does good work. I will be going back here for any of my auto needs.

us 23 auto care has excellent service and i had this problem with my honda so i took it to the dealer ship and they couldnt even find out what was wrong my my car. After going to the dealer ship i took it to US 23 Auto care becuase my friend owns it, anyway US 23 figured out the problem that the dealer ship could not even solve!!

All 3 of our vehicles are at least 10 years old and have accumulated over 200,000 miles. Donald Fee and the rest of the gang at US 23 help keep them in good repair and on the road doing what we need them to do. They are thorough, caring and efficient and have been a great help to my family. I would highly recommend them!

If you want to pay $67 for an oil change and tire rotation, this is your place. $34 solely for the tire rotation. Specifically asked what brand of oil they used and was told Valvoline, however, Shell Premium is on the receipt. Employees were arguing in the garage. Very sketchy place...will not return.

Us 23 Auto Care is doing lots of things to make the customer experience better. They have a new pleasant girl behind the counter to assist you with your needs. Her name is Amanda. Get better service than your dealership for a cheaper price.

Owner needs anger management classes... maybe a lesson or two on how to deal with the public. Name calls clients and over-charges without reason, and when asked about over-charges, he "charges whatever the f**k I want!!".
